From the start, my ideas about the design of my new kitchen were listened to and never lost sight of. It is a big project to completely remove and replace the kitchen. Steve did a great job on the design, altering some aspects as we went through the design stage. Account was taken of my changes to keep within my budget, but without having to compromise the overall design.
I was offered samples of materials to take home and view on site. The final design was presented on screen in the showroom. I felt I had a good idea of the end product.
Matt was in charge of the management of the installation. He scheduled all the tradesmen and was hands on throughout the project. All those who came were pleasant and highly competent. All waste was removed from my flat with great care, ensuring the cleanliness of the building, and noise kept to a minimum, working within the permitted hours. The waste was sorted and removed daily. My kitchen is accessed through the lounge and so the floor was protected at all times.

As the contractor fitting the floor was unable to come for 6 weeks, Neat fitters came back to ensure the kickboards fitted properly after the flooring was laid.
I have no hesitation in recommending this local company. They encompass attention to detail and excellent service.

We recently moved into a flat in Portishead and requested a new kitchen from Neat Kitchens. This was probably one of the best decisions we have ever made.
We are absolutely delighted with the finished product. The service from everyone at the company has been excellent. Right from the first visit of Jon and Dan who planned the whole design through to the fitting crew of Jordan, James and Roger the electrician, everyone was extremely polite, friendly and so professional. We are so pleased with the final product and will have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone, in fact we already have done.

We had a refurbishment to our existing kitchen and Daniel and his team showed great care and thought in ensuring that we received the service we wanted. At every stage of the project we were kept informed of what would be happening, and everybody who worked on our kitchen was highly professional and took pride in their work. We were thrilled to have such a high quality end product and first class service from Neat Kitchens.

From the initial design with Daniel to the finished kitchen I have been very happy with the Neat Kitchens team and the finished kitchen.
The project was managed by Matthew who kept me informed of every process.
Nigel and his team managed the tricky building work very well and Roger did an excellent job wiring and re-wiring the whole kitchen.
Matt and Rich fitted the kitchen superbly.
Other companies might be cheaper however, as the saying goes, 'you get what you pay for', and that was certainly true of Neat.

I cannot praise Neat kitchens highly enough. The job they undertook for us involved knocking a wall down and arranging the various trades as well as fitting the kitchen. Matthew project managed the whole thing and along with Lily kept are continuously well informed of progress and arrangements. The kitchen was completed to a very high standard and ahead of schedule. On top of this Neat and the tradesmen they employ were extremely professional and very friendly. We would highly recommend Neat to anyone needing a kitchen designed and installed.

Before choosing a new kitchen we did our research and read all different reviews, that is the reason we chose Neat. As in life we believe you get what you pay for, firstly we met Steve one of the designers, very pleasant guy, arrived to give us a plan of what we would like at the stated time. Few days later went to see the design and obviously the price. Agreed a date and time for fitting, all completed within 3 weeks. As for the fitting team well the young guys that do the work are superb, particularly Warner and again Roger the electrician, a real nice man. We gave them full access to the house while we were away, you can definitely trust these guys. Matt is one of the owners who ties everything together, a nicer guy you couldn’t meet. We love the kitchen all down to Neat’s expertise………If you’re looking for a new kitchen, go and see them…….

Neat are a local independent company in Portishead who design and install Masterclass kitchens. They designed and installed our kitchen in just over 2 weeks. They have their own installers and use a couple of trusted electricians/plumbers. Kitchen looks beautiful and they have been so keen to make sure it’s perfect and we are 100% satisfied. Would definitely recommend

We had our old wooden worktops replaced with new quartz tops and upstands along with a new sink and Hob.

Having previously used Jon for our kitchen several years ago, we didn’t hesitate in contacting him about a replacement wine cooler. Jon was quick to respond, helpful with his advice and delivered the wine cooler within a couple of days. We would recommend Jon and Neat (SW) for any appliances or kitchens, a great friendly service.

My new Masterclass kitchen is just as I wanted. Everyone at Neat from the showroom staff to the workmen carrying out the job are friendly and efficient. Everything was kept tidy and fitted in a timely manner making the whole project as smooth as possible. I would recommend Neat Kitchens to anyone.

I'd run out of options for a problem I had with a finding a hot tap that wouldn't clash with the upstand in my kitchen. After exhausting all avenues myself, I contacted Jon at Neat who supplies kitchens locally and within an hour I had a couple of options and within a week it was installed and working. It was proper old fashioned customer service, so thanks Jon and Neat.

We looked at several different kitchen design companies before deciding to use Neat Kitchens, and we're delighted we chose them. Lily and Dan in the showroom were friendly and approachable and extremely helpful, offering ideas and suggestions. We were shown a virtual plan after the kitchen was designed by Jon and this helped us visualise how the completed kitchen would look. Our old kitchen was completely gutted, stud walls were removed, ceiling replaced, walls re-plastered and all electricals replaced, and the old tiled floor removed and a new one laid. Matthew managed the whole project and visited and called regularly to keep us updated of progress. The kitchen fitters/installers, plumbers and electricians used were all professional, friendly, tidy and the work was done to a very high standard. The whole team were excellent and we would highly recommend Neat Kitchens.

We recently moved to the area and the property we purchased required some updating including a new kitchen. In order to have the kitchen upgraded we also needed some extensive structural, plumbing and heating reconfiguration involving the removal of walls, a chimney breast and the relocation of the boiler and hot water tank.

We were uncertain how to proceed given the amount of work involved and the diversity of expertise needed. We happened upon Neat Kitchens in Portishead and began discussions with their design team on what we wanted to achieve and the preparatory work needed in order to realise our dream. We were introduced to Matthew, at Neat, early on who completed a site visit and then went away to assess the work and came back with an estimate on the cost of completing all of the work required which we were comfortable with and agreed to proceed.

We then started to work with Daniel, Neat’s Lead Kitchen Designer, to bring our ideas to life. Daniel was very adept at making suggestions to optimise the layout, maximise space and making the right choices regarding the design and fine detail. It took a few iterations but we were able to land on our perfect kitchen.

We there then introduced to the team who would collaborate on the necessary demolition, making good, plumbing, electrical and ultimately the install of the kitchen during a joint site visit. We agreed a start date and received the plan including the timeline of the work and were delighted at how quickly the work could be done, given the scope.

During the entirety of the project, we were kept fully up to date on progress and engaged throughout to make critical decisions. Everyone was great at solving the obstacles that are unavoidable when your house was built in the 1800’s, which meant that all challenges were overcome. Special mention goes out to Matthew (Neat Kitchens) and Nigel (NMC Construction) for their innovative ideas on the fine detail and problem solving.

In less than 2 months we experienced a complete transformation of our separate breakfast room and kitchen into a spacious open plan kitchen with beautiful, high-quality cabinets and finishings along with a new casual sitting area. We are thrilled with the outcome and would fully recommend Neat for your kitchen as well as your renovation work.

I have no hesitation at all in recommending Neat Kitchens. Dan came up with a design that accurately and creatively reflected what I wanted, and the fitting team were very professional. I particularly liked the fact that they managed the whole process so that I only had to liaise with one person as they managed the co-ordination of the whole project. I was a bit nervous as the kitchen was done while I was abroad, but the communication was very good indeed. When a decision was needed from me I got photos showing the options so I could choose exactly what height I wanted the handles to be, for instance. We also had a couple of calls via WhatsApp so I wasn't worried that I would be coming back to any unexpected surprises - just a gorgeous, stunning kitchen.

Fantastic service from Neat kitchens from design through to fitting. They were super flexible alongside our extension build- accommodating changes and working alongside our builders to ensure the best finish. We love the kitchen- it’s looks fantastic and has thoughtful design touches such as in cupboard lighting, bespoke dresser and splash backs that make it a pleasure to use. Neat Kitchens have just completed a fantastic job completely refurbishing our kitchen and utility room. We are delighted with the end result. Dan was our designer, and he was professional, experienced, diligent, and most importantly patient when dealing with our, almost inevitable, changes of mind, and revisions. The showroom being local made our frequent visits easy! Matthew was in charge of the fitting, and he was similarly professional and very experienced, and managed the whole process expertly. Both Matthew and Dan made us feel that their primary objective was to ensure we enjoyed the best possible experience and end result. They certainly achieved that objective. We are pleased we used this local company, as it was easy to pop in and enjoy the personal touches, and would certainly recommend them. We love our new kitchen.
