• It is not general practice for us to make contact with clients when orders are received. This was a perfect order where payment from our aggregator was reflected and received with no issues as well as item selected at your checkout and invoiced was available and ready to ship. We only contact clients where issues with payments, out of stocks or delays exist.
• Your order was completed on Friday 30 August 2024 at 18h03 after business hours and was dispatched on the 2 September 2024 being the very next business day. The Item was received by you at 09h55 on the 3 September 2024 well within our SLA to deliver.
• Then, in respect to the item we must express that we do not stock any Teal Colored Microwaves, let alone, you had purchased a Russell Hobbs Unit and Russell Hobbs does not manufacture nor distribute Teal Microwaves for the South African Market.
• Your checkout was for a Russell Hobbs 20L Electronic Mirror Microwave RHEM21L, which is a silver mirror finish unit and not Teal. At time of despatch, the very Russell Hobbs 20L Electronic Mirror Microwave RHEM21L was shipped to you. For reference you may refer the underside of the box and the exact model description RHEM21L will be evident alongside the barcode.
• You had reached out to us today via email at 14h49 noting similar content, to which we responded and advised that we will be in telephonic contact with you. To this effect, telephonic contact was made and we advised the same, “that we do not stock teal microwaves at all and would be happy to arrange upliftment of the item”. “We also advise that we will check with alternate suppliers for a microwave that allows for interchangeable colour panels and advise so that a decision can be made on your end.
• Rest assured, should we be unsuccessful in sourcing such microwave, we would be happy to uplift the unit and issue a refund provided it is in unused condition.
