When you order to them, via Amazon, items are shipped from UK, and the terms and conditions explain that their prices include UK VAT. But when you ask for an invoice, they ignore you, and they invent excuses, like they "do not find the order", or that "the items are shipped from a country outside the EU".

Very prompt and excellent customer service. I ordered Samsung earphones and it got lost in the mail after a month. After writing to them enquiring about the mail and tracking, they immediately rectified the situation by sending a replacement. I received the replacement within 2 weeks. Most excellent company.

I have been using the same company for years!
I have been using the same company for quite a few years, but under their other name, decrescent,com I always found it easy to purchase, and always the articles have arrived in good time. However last night when ordering, there was a glitch on the site, and I sent an e mail, On trying again this morning all was ok, and a courtesy e mail arrived telling me my stuff had been dispatched, what more could you ask for? Fab!!
