Main problem is that I was unable to get the introductory 15% discount advertised on home page. I was also accustomed to a 10% discount with tepe, thus 25% difference!

The site is difficult to use and ordering our Tepe brushes was a bit difficult
But once we got the hang of it, we were able to order. We have used this site before as "Decrescent" without difficulty

Early days for this new owner/site; first order went through, eventually, after I navigated its clunky route and then sent me a weird message saying the order had succeeded but an error had occurred because my credit card had been charged. Which I sort of expected as I'd just paid for it. waiting for the 24 hr reply as of now
