The whole office went above and beyond
We had a challenging sale and they were great to deal with, worked hard to get the sale over the line and gave 110% from start to finish

If I had another property to sell, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Sent an enquiry to view a property via the website completed the enquiry as requested via email so far so good.

Then after calling the letting agents for an update twice as heard nothing back was told both times once my application is reviewed I would get a phone call with dates and times to arrange the viewing.

Had absolutely no contact from them only to find out through my own searching that this property was no longer up for let they didn't have the decency to call me and let me know.

One thing is for sure I wouldn't let a house from these guys because if they can't be bothered with potential tenants god knows how they are treated after contracts are signed.

Unprofessional

Good service selling the flat. Excellent communications throughout the process co-ordinating viewings etc. We received multiple offers and Oulsnam were very good at helping us manage the negotiations and work out which was the best Buyer to proceed with. Highly recommend for service and support.
