It was my first experience with Mitesh Manek at “ Our Mortgage Broker” and they were the best ever team I dealt with even in my career. The process was very seamless and I didn’t even realised when the purchase got competed.

They are greatly recommended and wish them all the best for future. Clearly I will be using them for my future financing needs.

My mortgage fixed rate was coming to an end and needed to switch to a new deal. Due to the pandemic, banks were not doing this in branch and had to have a video call with headoffice which was to take about 1 to 2 hours long.

Instead I decided to go through a broker as i didnt have the time and came across a number of brokers on the net. I decided to go with "Our Mortgage Broker".

I have to say they have been absolutely amazing and have provided 1st class service. They asked for the information about the mortgage and they done the rest. I didnt need to chase them and they kept me upto date with everything.

They showed me all the possibilites and their recommendation on which fix rate i should go for. This was completed very quickly and professionally. Brokers are the way to go after this experience.

Quality customer service - the whole process was explained to us thoroughly.

Akhil has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. His communication is astounding. No question is too small and his replies are prompt at all times - including evenings and weekends. Whilst my particular circumstances were complicated, Akhil offered excellent advice and had more than one plan of attack in order to secure a mortgage from the lender. I really could not recommend his skillset more highly. Look forward to using you again in 5 years for the re-mortgage!

Fantastic Service Which Saved My Purchase. I found Our Mortgage Broker online as I was having problems with securing a mortgage due to the effects of the global pandemic. Mitesh dealt with my application and was very patient and knowledgeable. He worked through all available options with me, which were very limited as many banks had recently withdrawn a lot of the low deposit offerings. I needed a 90% mortgage and had tried to find one myself with very little result. Mitesh actually managed to secure me a mortgage with a lender that had previously told me I was not eligible. The mortgage was also at a fantastic rate. I do feel that if I had not found this company and Mitesh that my purchase may have fallen through. I would recommend Mitesh's services especially in the current financial climate as he can often source mortgages which are broker products only. Communication from Mitesh was also reliable and clear, and the whole process was very fast and professional.

I must thank 'Our Mortgage Broker' and in particular Mitesh for their help and support in arranging my holiday let mortgage for me. For me the trust was crucial as I have been misled in the past.
