The package supposedly arrived at the…

The package supposedly arrived at the local depot after 8 days. It just sat there. On day 64 they emailed me to say the package had been delivered. No photos and no package at my door. Throughout the entire process they did not answer a single email. The supplier also tried to contact them several times for an update but did not receive a reply either. The phone number does not work, you can not leave a message an no one ever answers. All you can get is a voicemail saying " this customer does not accept voicemail".

As far as I am concerned this company is a sham and is likely part of some sort of organized retail crime ring based on the number of packages that fail to get delivered. I can't believe they are still allowed to operate on Canadian soil.

Not even worth one star

Not even worth one star. This is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.

We placed an order on January 5, 2026 through AliExpress, and they claimed they couldn’t find our address and that delivery attempts were unsuccessful. This makes no sense, as we receive daily deliveries from multiple suppliers and regularly ship out packages with different couriers without any issues.

After countless back-and-forth emails and WhatsApp messages — most of which went unanswered (they respond to maybe one out of ten) — we are still left without our package. They initially estimated delivery within one week, yet it has now been over 50 days and we have received nothing.

Extremely frustrating and completely unprofessional service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They dont deliver your parcel. They dump it in a publicly accesable place and then state that they deliverd it.

Delivered at random front door, refuse to tell me witch one, guess it’s theirs

As “proof” of delivery they took a picture of my closed front door and a second picture of a open random front door of a different color where my package was delivered. For all i know this is where the delivery person works.
After some research i found customer dot service dot nl at pdn dot express but they don’t respond to my request about what front door they took a picture of. So i guess it really was one of their conspiring partners.

Delivery was awful

Delivery was awful. Package dumped on the ground in a public hallway like it's nothing. Apparently walking upstairs is too hard for the workers.

Worst delivery service ever!

First package was left by neighbours but foto was showing my door.I could see that was left by number 12b which does not exist on my street eventualy neighbours from 11b brought it to me. Second time they throw package in bushes next to my door. Third time they make foto of my door with package and went with it away... Stay away from this company. If you want to call and complain i can just wish you good luck...

Aggressive 1:40 AM delivery and ZERO response from support

I had a terrible experience with this courier. A driver arrived at my house at 1:40 AM—completely outside of normal delivery hours. He threw my package on the ground, rang the doorbell, and banged my living room window before leaving. This was aggressive behavior that woke up the whole house and felt very unsafe.

I have the entire incident recorded on my security camera. I sent a formal complaint to PDN Express immediately, followed by a reminder, but their customer service has completely ignored me. There has been no apology and no explanation. If you have a choice, avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about safety or their customers.

I ordered something from temu and my courier service was pdn express. It been 35 days my courier is still in transit and it shows out for delivery two times in last 20 days and still not arrived yet. And the customer service is nit even responding to any emails or calls. Worst experience i ever had with any delivery company.

My package has been listed as out for delivery since January 17,2026

There’s no contact number. The one listed on their website doesn’t work. Apparently I can drive out to Richmond to see if I can find my package according to other customers with terrible reviews. This is theft and fraud.

Horrible. Useless.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The worst courier I've encountered, and I had bad experiences with DPD and DHL that rank pretty high.

Driver claimed my address was wrong on file, which was not. He took a photo of my parcel in his car, and one between himself and my neighbor's door from his car, from the traffic line (as in; he did not park his car but took the photo from where he was driving).

I emailed the company and no answer. The next day I Whatsapped them, and that message they answered saying my address was indeed correct and that the package would be delivered "as soon as possible".
It is SIX days later. No parcel, and no more answers to the polite daily messages I've been sending.

I contacted the sender and asked them to not ever use them again but I doubt that'll happen.

Worthless company!

I ordered an item from Aliexpress, which has been working fine for years. It's almost always delivered by PostNL, but now AliExpress sent it with PDN Express. My address has been correct with Ali for years, but now the carrier says the address is incorrect, even though it is! I then requested a refund from Ali, but it was rejected. Contacting PDN is impossible; my voicemail is full. So, pay close attention to which carrier your future package is sent with next time. Be warned!

They have had my parcels now for over a month and i've had no communication; they don't have a working contact number, and they don't respond to emails. They don't even have a physical location so I can just come and pick all my parcels up!

Awful company with very bad practices

Never heard of this company until now and I hope never to hear of them again.
Just gone 06:00am this morning I get a phone call from my wife saying a male is ringing the apartment buzzer. And banging on the window so I turn the car round from going to work and head home.
When I arrive there is no sign of anyone so my wife explains what happened again stating she at one point carefully looked out the window and could see a Male walking towards the rear of the property carrying something and then proceeded to bang on the window.

I looked at my phone and I saw a notice from this company stating out for delivery yesterday and could not deliver at 06:16 am.
What kind of Company thinks it’s okay to be ringing buzzers to an apartment at that time in the morning in the dark.
