Easy returns. I will definitely order again. I would only wish some comments on the size of each product. I bought a blouse, pair of jeans and a dress. All size M (jeans size 28) but the dress ran too small, felt like an XS. If there was written that it rans small, I would have purchased in L. Other than that products well packaged, and delivery was fast. I will order again!

Usually sizes are correct, not this time…
The sizes are always correct with this brand. Until this time I ordered jeans and the size was just so much different from the same jeans I had before. Not just one size, but maybe two or three sizes lower. So I had to return the jeans, unfortunately.

Piccadilly bootcut - a favourite
Piccadilly always fit really nicely. My favourite jeans by far. Please make them in a bleach denim for the summer. Only reduced 1 star for fact your delivery times are longer than other brands. 🙂

Impossible to contact Pepe or the delivery company
I have been waiting for my parcel for over a week. The delivery company Whats App is useless and said that a postcode is 5 digits and not 6 so that didn't work. When they sorted this the link went to a website that said the delivery wasn't recognised even though I have tracking information for it up to 9/1/26. Pepe Jeans are uncontactable apparently outside 9-6pm Monday - Friday and yet it is 5.30 on a Friday... Poor unreliable customer service from both Pepe and GPS. Have used Pepe for years but this is pathetic.

Love the trainers, sizing could be better
I really love Peppe Jeans trainers and wouldn’t shop anywhere else now. The styles and colours are great, and they’re very comfortable. The only downside is the sizing — I usually wear a 39 but have to order a 41, so it can take some time to get the right fit.

When the trainers finally arrived they…
When the trainers finally arrived they were exactly as expected. I would not recommend based on their shipping. No options when ordering. I was advised delivery would be 26.12. No communication and terrible tracking facilities from their first courier (GLS) as they could not recognise a UK postcode. Could not contact a human, all automated and then it was passed off to Parcelforce who again were not forthcoming with updates. Parcel received 06.01 without warning. Couldn’t get through to anyone at Pepe either

Still haven’t received my order. Emails sent to customer service are not answered. Phone number for customer service, no one answers, message is “unavailable at this time’. Had to put a comment on instagram account to get a response. Then asked to private message them. I have been advised that order is still in transit. Order placed on 30th December - delivery promised on 6th January. I have also been advised that orders are delivered to Northern Ireland I throughly hope so. Pepe jeans need to be more responsive via the customer service email account and their customer service phone number. Update: just been advised via instagram that the order has been lost! Refund in progress - I wonder how long it would have taken if I hadn’t went to instagram to highlight the order problem?

Still awaiting on my order which was due 05/01 and nobody can confirm the current status of my order. Tried to confirm the delivery status with GLS who are supposed to deliver, however, they’ve been unable to assist.
Has been extremely poor service to date.
