0n the whole most was good, but, the request for so much identification such as driving licence& passport
documentation was not necessary on top of everything else.

So far so good tho I haven’t done much with them yet. Shame there’s not an app tho’, quicker and easier than having to log onto a website.

So easy to open my account & good interest rates
Account easy to open & I was kept informed throughout initial stages & beyond. They had the best interest rates at the time of looking.
App was easy to download & follow - what's not to like!

A good bank
The interest rates were very competitive. Did experience a minor problem with the account but the staff were helpful in sorting it out. The bank kept me informed clearly and quickly at each step.
