Caroline was amazing very warm and welcoming, neither me or my wife had any pain during the 5 jabs that we had between us. We did arrive late but Caroline wasn't worried at all as this seems to be a common thing as the practise is very hard to find due to poor directions on the confirmation email as it stated the main road not the side road that the practise is actually on and no signs/wall plaques. We recently attended a different practise from the same company but they told us the practise has moved even if the signs were still present. But other than that the overall experience was great!

Very good service from Rebecca and ceecee
Great service
Third visit to the clinic for travel jabs, we saw Rebecca today and for our first visit too. Today my son passed out after his jab, she was amazing. Really calm and reassuring for me and more importantly him. Ceecee appeared quickly with water and sweets to help too. Thoroughly recommend the clinic.
A big thank you to Rebecca for being so great with him.
Woww
I was not expecting today to go so well. Can't wait for the results. It's the only place I came that actually helped me with my allergy treatment. Rebecca was great and very comprehensive, same as Cece helpful and kind. Recommend it!

I’ve debated writing this review
I’ve debated writing this review, as until very recently I only ever had positive experiences with Regent Street Clinic Nottingham. However, I feel an obligation to share my experience so that anyone researching, as I once did, can approach with caution.
I have been a patient at Regent Street Clinic for almost seven years. I’ve had various aesthetic treatments and, up until now, regularly recommended them to friends and family. I even left a glowing 5‑star review in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed my view.
My last lip filler appointment was in October 2025. The outcome was noticeably different from every previous treatment. My lips bruised and swelled far more than usual, and within 24 hours a painful lump had formed. I’ve had filler before, so I know what normal swelling looks like and this was not it. Over the following days, I realised the filler had been placed underneath my lip rather than in the usual areas. You could see it clearly when I smiled.
It’s important to note that I had always been treated by Dr Bobby or Nurse Vali. I’m unsure who treated me on this particular day, but the result was unlike anything I’d had before.
Once the swelling settled, the filler was still sitting under my lip line. I could feel it constantly with my tongue, and it was uncomfortable. I hoped it would dissolve naturally over time.
A few weeks ago, I visited a different clinic for Botox and asked them to assess my lips. They confirmed the filler had been injected incorrectly and advised that the only solution was to have it dissolved. They recommended I return to Regent Street Clinic for aftercare.
I messaged Nurse Vali, as I always had, and she told me to pop in. I booked a same‑day appointment. When I arrived, I was told there would be a £95 consultation fee just to be seen, despite this clearly being an aftercare issue. I was told the fee would be deducted from the cost of dissolving the filler, all before anyone had even examined me. I found this unreasonable and cancelled.
I emailed the clinic directly over the weekend, explaining the situation and asking to be seen without charge. I received a reply inviting me in to discuss my concerns.
My appointment took place on Tuesday 21st April with Nurse Vali. Upon entering, she asked why I was there. Nobody had shown her my email or given her any context. I had to explain everything from the beginning.
Once she realised I wasn’t there to spend money, her attitude changed drastically. She was dismissive, unempathetic, and at one point said, “I don’t work for free.” I was made to feel small and foolish for not coming in sooner. It was a hostile atmosphere and something I’ve never experienced from a medical professional.
Before even examining me, she began texting someone to “figure out a price.” She offered a discount, despite not having looked at my lips. How can you offer a price for a procedure you haven’t confirmed is needed?
When I mentioned that the clinic had a duty of care, she became visibly irritated. Only then did she agree to dissolve the filler free of charge.
I had a patch test, numbing cream, and then the procedure. It was rushed. She asked midway through whether I also wanted my bottom lip done, which made me feel she wasn’t paying attention to the actual areas that needed treatment. When it was over, she abruptly said “have a nice day” twice and ushered me out. There was no aftercare advice, no suggestion of follow‑up, nothing.
Today, at my two‑week Botox review at the other clinic, I asked them to check whether the filler had been fully dissolved. It hadn’t—not even close. After my last experience I have no intention of ever returning to Regent Street Clinic, so opted for their services to dissolve the remaining filler instead. The difference in care was stark: they took their time, injected every affected area, and thoroughly massaged the lips to ensure the product was distributed properly.
This entire situation has been distressing. Not only was I injected incorrectly in the first place, but when I sought aftercare, I was made to feel cheap, stupid, and inconvenient.
Let this be a warning to others: although Regent Street Clinic advertises that they dissolve filler from other places, they do not appear to extend the same care when the issue originates from their own work.
