Ford Finance Claim

Submitted my claim after previously submitting directly to Ford Finance who stated that they could not locate the paperwork and would not uphold the claim. Recently received contact from Jordan Chambers who updated me on the status of my claim, talked through the process and provided me with a realistic timeline of when the claim may proceed. As yet ResolveMyClaim has not received any contact back regarding the claim but Jordan advised that they are still pursuing it on my behalf. Jordan appeared very knowledgeable about the process and was confident in responding to my questions.
