Shame really loved this card but the referral scheme has left me disappointed and cheated. So I have changed my review from 5 star to 1 because I referred 2 people and did not get the referral fee for them even though I have recommend 2 new customers to Revolut. Disappointing!

Friend referring reward is a scam, my friend has qualified for all the points requested but it is not recognised and after the end of the promotion my invitation disappeared completely. Of course reward was not given to me.
customer service is awful. I don't want to chat with a machine , than the "live "chat takes ages, still did not get reply.

update: after long waiting they got back to me saying that there was 3 minimum 5 £ spend to do which was apparently in the terms and conditions, but NOT LINKED to the platform at all.
So this is a misleading advertisement !!!!!!
Awful Customer Service and Dealing with Fraud
I've actually been an account holder for nearly five years, but that will soon change.
I flagged two fraudulent transactions as soon as they happened, yet Revolut approved them. When I completed a chargeback form, two days later they said my claim was not valid, and the decision was final.
This was a cybercrime, which I reported to the police. Revolut are claiming that I made a transaction in person, even though I was sitting in a friend's house at the time and couldn't have made that. I can prove this. I also never authorised the amounts, and have never authorised amounts in the currency that the transactions went through in - Revolut say this isn't suspicious? Their customer service has been absolutely useless so I've complained to the financial ombudsman.

Revolut has the worst customer service ever! They never replied to messages. I like the app but the customer service badly needs attention!!!

Revolut witholding funds...AGAIN!

I have dealt with Revolut for a while with smaller transactions, but like many many others as soon as I transferred a lager sum they have been using untrue stalling tactics to withhold my money, presumably to leverage my money and the many others in similar positions (that has been received and is in their account) for their financial advantage, they hold customers monies for a week or so making up stories of awaiting info from the sending bank or proof of source. When added all together this is a lot of money they use without any interest or risk. I know this because I have been with my bank for decades and know the staff personally and they confirmed they have not heard from Revolut, infact they have contacted Revolut about the matter and Revolut have not replied, I have obviously been contacting the Revolut help but they keep perpetuating the lies, even refusing to return the funds to my bank, stating they are inundated with requests (Im sure they are....customers wondering where their monies are!)
