The product its okay but rubbish customer service
The product its okay and good quality but the overall experience was one of the worst I ever had. They did not provide any tracking details and it was impossible to track the order, took nearly 3 weeks to receive an order that was supposed to arrive in just a couple of days. Their customer service is inexistent, once I managed to speak with someone on their phone but he was in such a hurry to hang up and promised an update call back that obviously never happened. After that no one was ever available to answer. Online they have an automated response service that is absolutely useless. I will never purchase from this company again.
