I too, ordered a Garden Bench from Soweway International Logistics Co., Limited and received a little bag after 12 weeks of emails. Paid $24.95 for bench, bag is probably worth 50 cents. Paypal is worthlessly involved. This has been in dispute for months. I am now supposed to send the bag back, at my cost, for a full refund, Will cost me more and can't actually count on receiving a refund. This is a total scam company and Paypal is continuing to allow them to scam through them. DO NOT CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

I ordered what I thought to be a garden kneeler bench . Then 3 weeks later I received a little nylon velcro pouch look like something a 2 year old would play with and use . Now they are wanting me to send the sample looking thing back to Hong Kong and it came from new york . So I can get a full refund . I thought it was legitimate because they are 19.99 at lowes and supposably I paid 16.98 for what I thought was going to be a garden kneeler and pouch. I won't be ordering anything else off an ad either anymore .

This takes time but needs to be done as they are banking on you not doing it. The company is based in Hong Kong and is incorporated since 2019. Lets all file complaints and get this scamming company gone. A person called Brenda will answer you emails to HK SOWEWAY INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CO. She will lie and tell you that this is what you bought. Lets fight back and stop this scammer.

HK SOWEWAY INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CO, AKA pigaspect.com promoted an ad that was ALL about a CHAIR with a top on it. It did not mention a single thing about a mere bag. ... and yet that is ALL I received. I have attempted to contact them on TWO separate occasions and have received NO response. They are fraudulently misrepresenting their product. They don't even have a website that they claim at pigaspect.com. BOYCOTT THESE SCAMMERS!

Do not deal with this firm. I ordered the sink tidy thing and after a long time coming it arrived in pieces. I have lately ordered another item and now I am told it has been delivered and to contact Royal Mail. A total scam.

i agree with all the others - they are a big scam. I too ordered the projector/disc. And I even used PayPal. They did not protect me. I am very upset with PayPal too.

This site is a scam. Do not order from here. We ordered a canvas hammock swing and the shop sent a plastic inflatable pillow. This was a completely different product than what we ordered and the vendor admitted to it in email responses but refused a refund. The vendor offered a 20% refund on the charges and that we could keep what they sent. The site is no longer available on the internet and we have protested the charge.

I ordered 3 heated vests for christmas presents. One vest arrived on February 23. The other 2 vests never arrived. We exchanged numerous emails back and forth and never came to a conclusion. The customer service agent could not understand that I ordered 3 vests and not 1 vest. They offered 10% refund on order. I refused. They offered 20% refund and I again refused. It is March and I still have only one vest. I would never order from this company again. If I could give less than one star I would do that!

It also has been 2 months since i ordered the planetarium. They should reimburse 100% since they didn't send what was ordered.

Rooa is a Total Scam company!!!!!! Nothing they advertise is real. They advertised Doc Martin Boots and sent some cloth chinese peasant shoes. They advertise a nice sweater and sent something of such low quality I have never seen. Stay away at all cost11111

Don't buy the planetarium. It's a total scam. They only send you the small disc....not the projector. I am reporting this company for fraud.

Horrible company and staff. I asked for a refund after their staff told me that the item I ordered was out of stock. They ignored my emails and sent a package anyway and then tried to negotiate a partial refund or i could just send the package back on my dime when it arrived. A package arrived and it was not even the item I ordered. Glad I got my money back via my bank and opened a case with Paypal to report a bad company. Stay far away from these people.

Big mistake!! I placed an order for their “Dont be a Richard” tank top 2 months ago. After a couple of follow up inquiries, i finally receive my order today and it’s the wrong tank top with “nevertheless she persisted” - Umm not even close! So i basically waited two months to get the wrong item. The only way to contact them appears to be via email. Thru take a few days to reply and still don’t really address your question or issue.

If I could give them zero stars I would..this is total scam..the item I received almost two months after ordering is nothing like the one they showed..supposed to be a robotic sweeper,scrubber,what a joke..they show a docking station and it having two water reservoirs,one for clean,one for dirty water,this thing I got doesn't have any of this and vacuum? Right,just goes in circles,lesson learned,no more ordering from these types of sites!!!!

Ok I see their no longer under rooa.shop but we did order 5 heated vest jackets from rooa and I can finally say today after 8 weeks of waiting the order showed up and was correct to a degree. One jacket wrong color and The battery pack that we thought were supplied did not come with jackets but the jackets were exactly what was in video and pics and do work I had a power bank. Now the sizes ⁹are not very true I'm an xl to 2xl and ordered a 4xl and it barely fits. But the package did show up with correct jackets.
Ok after having jackets now couple weeks I can say the materials used are very poor. I have barely used and the jacket is ripping from the seams in 2 different spots. The heat still works great but the fabric is very weak brittle and seams garbage.

Same scam happened to me. I ordered Planetarium with 2 discs for a Christmas gift. A small package arrived 6 weeks later from China. It was a tiny envelope with 1 small disc. Two weeks after ordering, I started emailing them asking where is my package. They provided a phony tracking number. Then when I finally received package a month later, I emailed asking where is the projector. They replied that I had misunderstood the product description, and that they could never sell both a projector and disc for such a low price. I will be making a claim on my PayPal.
