I ordered my daughter some boots off this site and they didnt send me the correct ones. Now they only want to offer me a 20% discount. This place is a rip off! Do not waste your money here.

I spent 155 on 3 pairs of shoes a coat, and 2 shirts, well I was ripped off to the core and I’m pisssssed. I’m most upset about how they were able to post so may adds on reputable sites. Sucks. I lost my Christmas presents, which were hockey shirts to wear to my sons game and 1000+ dollars bc they scammed me. These Terrible scam artists should be brought to justice. And I’m more upset I don’t have my great hockey hear that I ordered to support my son! That’s all I wanted for Xmas! Ughhhhh so mad!

Today 1.06.2020 One month to the day I ordered from an ad on Facebook 12.06.2019 & haven't received my Christmas items that "ROOA" said it would ship in 14-16 days! 12.19.2019 received an email with a tracking #, clicked on it & got a page that says "received at post office on 12.23.2019" with a notation down the bottom that says "No tracking information is available from United States".
Payment went through paypal & bank visa payment due in a few days, read the scam reviews, called my cc to dispute & not pay this total! CC # on the back of the card was a good call, the cc will credit my account. I ordered 2 -60,000 stars Original Home Planetarium & 3 other items that was 'NoraCora' same website as 'ROOA'. NEVER AGAIN! FAKE E-COMMERCE SITE! Stay with the companies you know...like Amazon.

& as others have said the website is gone, not found!
Facebook should have vetted all their people that have e-commerce & or commerce sites. It would be nice to trust!

This online store doesn’t even deserve one star, but I had no option to leave a review, otherwise. This company not only took my money, but didn’t deliver anything AND they went on to open a credit card using my information somehow, and $200 was withdrawn from account!!! Luckily, my bank was on top of it and returned the money to my account within 24 hours and blocked any further transactions. When I went back onto the ROOA website to check the status of my order, the message "Store cannot be found" came up again and again and again. They disappeared from the Internet! I will never purchase anything online again!!! Thanks, you f&$@!’s!!!!

They are a scam company. They closed the rooa web site and now are at amnwo.com BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a pair of boots around December 7 and it’s already January 2020 and it still didn’t arrive. I spent at least $50 on what happens to be a dupe or Doc Martens. I’m still waiting for it to arrive and I hope the quality won’t be bad.

SCAMMING US CITIZENS. Do not order from them.
Website google search for Doc Martens ROOA came up & HAS THEM. With picture Doc marten and listed description as 1460 Pascal Doc Martens for $50.00 and sent me a $5.00 suede boot that's not even a marten style.
Back and fourth with different email addresses of theirs. They apologized that they sent me a $5.00 incorrect boot.
But will only offer to give me 1/2 my money back. Its their mistake not mine. If they didn't have product they should have refunded my $.
FULL REFUND REQUESTED & DENIED so
PAYPAL is now involved and investigating. Fingers crossed I get my $$ back.

UPDATE: PayPal failed: required me to ship packages back to China with tracking # $55.00 per package. Just to lose more $.
I suggest for anyone with issues from ROOA email this address support(at)jiey.zendesk.com "NOTE the at is the symbol) @ and ask them for a return label & money back on your purchase.
FYI: Used my VISA, so now I have a case with them in hopes of help. Thank goodness for emails & my email from my initial order. Good luck everyone.

Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!! Total scam company. Same complaints as everyone else. Did not receive order by Christmas when I ordered it a month prior, and what came was not the items I ordered! Stay far away from this company!!!

i order a smart watch with bluetooth earphone but received a cheap watch i ordered it on 12/2 and got it after christmas it was for my son it was only 45.90 but it was to be a gift for my son

so they shut down their website. this whole place was a scam. contact your method of payment and report them as a scam. together we can hit them back by taking back the money they were paid. EVERYONE do this. I was scammed to the tune of $160.

Terrible..I ordered a medium women's workout shirt, I ended up with a mens 3x dr.pepper shirt🤬

If I could give zero starts I would. Item arrived a month after ordering. The item was no where near what we ordered.

Ordered an item in November for my wife's Christmas gift. I received it January 2. There was no mention of the item being from China, so upon receiving the item it of course is to small about 3 sizes. The item I ordered was the cotton blend casual hoodie. I also ordered a matching beanie in the small color. The item I received was in no way close to its appearance in the add. The beanie was exactly as shown, but the hoodie was no were close. I am very disappointed with this company and when I tried to contact them on their website it was in all Chinese. Not a place or translation page for responses. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!

Still waiting on delivery. Over a month and not anticipating much upon delivery after reading review. It all may end up being donated to charity so at least I can get some back in taxes. Sigh

Took 6 weeks for a “sweatshirt” to arrive from China. I put that in quotes on purpose. When it finally arrived, it was terrible quality, nothing like an actual sweatshirt and most definitely not like what was shown in the pictures. This company clearly has a reputation of poor quality and service. I tried contacting the company and received the following email.

I ordered boots 6 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten them. Expecting them to be crap if they ever do come!!!

Same here, ordered a star projector 1st December was told on 17th they didnt have any in stock so I confirmed back and cancelled the order so I could purchase elsewhere. I then had an email after Christmas saying it had been shipped. (already bought one elsewhere!!) It arrived today and was just the disk. NO PROJECTOR!! - Have opened with paypal hopefully they can sort out.

I ordered some mini handheld printers and extra cartridges from these people. Eventually, I got 3 printer cartridges no sign of the printers. I've been offered 50% off the cartridges which are specific to these little printers. They actually told me they were making a loss!! They were advertising via a Google ad. Complete scam. I'll never see the printers. If I do I'll let you know...but most of us realise when we've been scammed. Lesson...never buy via a Google ad. Check any company you don't know by searching sites like Trust Pilot. I feel angry at Google for not background checking their advertisers. They also take the ad money and run. Something needs to be done about it.
