We ordered a Heated Vest on Nov 24th and received a plain black vest on Dec 17th. It is nothing like the picture that was on their site. I have sent two emails to them and they have not responded. I even included photos of the vests that we received. Now today I tried going to the site and its not working. So I guess I was scammed out of $50 bucks.

Do not order from ROOA in China. We've had 17 emails since November 29th and I still do not have a refund or the item I ordered. I will not order from them ever again. Thankfully, it was only $35.

DO NOT buy from this company. They are based out of Hong Kong and do not have any way to contact other than email which they do not respond to. They shipped me the wrong size vest and will not respond to my emails. I placed the order 11/29 and received it 12/21. Save your money and shop in the USA.

As others have noted, this appears to be a scam. I placed an order and was sent a shipping confirmation and tracking number. However, the link did not take me to a reputable shipper (no USPS/Fedex/UPS) and did not show any status. Now, it is a dead link. I will be contacting my bank to try a charge back.

Paid but not receive product. Not responding to me.
I ordered 2 items on December 2, 2019. ROOA, quickly removed the money from my account. Today is December 17th and I am still waiting for my items. Federal Express tracking says they are waiting for seller to deliver the product to them in order to ship it to me.. ROOA is ignoring my email requests for update.. I think they are a scam or are very inexperienced.. I dont think I will receive my items. Something shady is going on.. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts.
