I purchased two of there Home Planetariums for my Grand children for Christmas I've tried several time to reach out but the web site is out!!!! so now I'm out the money because there is no one to reach out to. I should have known when it was being sent to China something was fishy!!!!! NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH OVER SEAS COMPANY'S!!!!!!! ESPECIALLY ROOA!!!!!!

This company is ran by a bunch of theives i orered a rc land and sea airplane unbrakable what i got in the mail was a kids die cast airplane that would never fly wasnt even a remote control it was one of them plane you oush around on your gradma kichen floor then by my mistake i ordered an rc bird tha you would use at an airport to chase away the birds so they dont get suck in to the aurplanes engines at airports around the world they sent me $13.oo bird that dosent even fly these people are pro theives dont not give these dons of bitched any thing

Scam site!!!!! Site looks no longer active.

Ordered printer & 3 cartridges. Only received 3 cheap cartridges. No response from them. PayPal wouldn't refund as they had shipping tracking.

Unfortunately there is nothing lower than a 1 Star.

They Shipped a package that took 35 days to get to me. This was to be a Christmas present.

Of course I cancelled the item after 10 days and got reimbrused from my credit card company.

I offered to return the product to ROOA if they provided PrePaid shipping and they explained it was not their policy to do so. So the unopened package sits in the closet waiting for them to provide shipping.

I ordered something on Dec. 1,2019 and to this date I have NOTHING. I have sent several e-mails to inquire about my order with NO RESPONSE.

I rate them 0 star.... They scammed me out of money and continue to send me emails saying its on the way.... Then at end of email it says contact us...... with no phone number.... Don't order from here they are F*ckin scam artists

Ordered over $100 worth of merchandise in the beginning of November. I still haven’t received it. And every time I email them I just get an automated response that it has been shipped. A day after I check shipping status and it doesn’t exist. It’s a big SCAM. I hope they get caught, shut down and put away for being dishonest.

Although my order took a while to arrive, it did actually arrive! I was SO relieved, especially after seeing a seemingly endless list of sites marking this company as a scam site. ROOA is not a scam. They are very much a legitimate business, and delivered precisely what I had ordered. Thank you so much, ROOA, for the great deals you provide on your site, for your timely email responses, and for actually delivering what was ordered as promised! Purchased a GIANT plush sleeping bag and was sent a unstuffed Teddy bear that a baby doll couldn't even fit in. I made them aware of the wrong item was sent and instead of shipping me the correct order they offered to refund me 20 percent of my total. I declined because what I ordered was not ship and I should have received a full refund or the correct order. They would not grant me either and advised all they could do is refund me a partial payment. Awful customer service do not waste your time ordering from this company!!!

I ordered a home planetarium and I only received 2 disks, it specifically says in the order confirmation that I was suppose to get a home planetarium with both disks and when I pointed that out the customer service agent said that it wasn’t true.

I saw their ad on Facebook so I will report them to Facebook as well and file a claim!

Actually they don’t deserve any stars their advert was clearly advertising planetarium projector with a disc so I ordered this for my father who has some health issues I ordered one extra disc with it thinking it would be a great way of giving him some stimulation for his mind after waiting for several weeks with unsuccessful tracking I finally received a disc when I contacted them they basically told me that what I had paid for was a disc. What a rip off. I tried to get the advert up again but of course that was a no go. I know what I ordered and what was advertised. I certainly would not pay so much money for 1 disc that I can’t do anything with it’s not even labelled it could be blank for all I know. These guys are crooks and thieves.

This company is a scam! I ordered a pair of leather doc Martens boots and they sent me a pair of slippers and they refuse to refund my money. They offered me a 20% discount. I don't want 20% on something I never ordered I want my money back or the product I ordered. It is a Chinese company. I had no idea I was ordering a pair of Doc Martin's from China.

Ordered a planetarium and two disc's for my daughter on December 7 and January 17 the two disc's arrived but no planetarium to project the images on the disc's. This site is a complete scam and I am trying to reverse charges now. What a bunch of crooks!

Ordered over a month ago, if you believe their tracking, item hasn't even left China yet. If I had known it was coming from there, I wouldn't have purchased it. Asked for a refund, but get no response.

I ordered a dashcam for $25 in Nov. It shows my order shipped from China. Waited about two months nothing I received, and now this website has been shutdown??? I want my money back

Complete scam. I ordered a mini circular saw and after five weeks I received three saw blades. Luckily I had already started a PayPal claim for non delivery. They found in my favour and refunded me.
Avoid these criminals.

Ordered a 2xl heated vest for my stepdad for Christmas. What I received was a regular vest that won’t even fit my sister who wears a medium. Took a month to get the product, didn’t get my tracking information until after Christmas when I ordered Dec 6th. Customer service email was a joke, I sent about 25emails with the same default response of high customer volume. Never again, I learned my lesson. That’s $50 down the drain...

Scam company I have put in a claim with paypal as I paid for a projector and received nothing then day before claim is due for review they produce a Hermes tracking number which corresponds with an envelope sized package I received containing no invoice or sender address and was literally An empty Package they are a total fraud basically theft
