Generally very helpful and quick to respond

Only issue was spelling our names incorrectly which could have caused issues as would not have match passports.

Sorted out after a couple of emails.

Holly was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. She answered all my queries thoroughly and was happy to change things around to make it perfect for us.

Louise was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different trips. I found the response time to queries was excellent when initially enquiring via email. And over the telephone Louise was very professional yet still with a lovely balance of being friendly. Louise answered all my questions in a way that left me feeling this was the right trip to book. I am so looking forward to seeing the grandchildren's faces when they eventually learn who they are going searching for.... 🎅 Thank You Louise

Just booked a holiday for Lapland next December through this company. Their rep was very patient and helpful with his advice till we made our decision on which option to choose. Andrew always rang when he said he would and gave us a very competitive decis and Jane told me all about the resort and the trip we would experience. Definitely recommend the company to book through.

Booking the holiday was very easy. Cara was friendly and very helpful making it easy to chose which holiday we booked. The service was efficient and friendly.

Today I spoke to Holly Paton, she guided me through the whole process of booking a Lapland experience day. She was incredibly helpful and informative and gave me the confidence to book without hesitation. It was very helpful that the booking service was open on a Sunday!

When I called with an enquiry to book Louise was really helpful. She gave me all the information I needed and was very pleasant to talk to. I made my booking with no issues and immediately received email follow ups with all the confirmation info.

The booking system was so easy to use and filter. I spoke to Louise Wilson who was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the trip and hotel etc. The whole thing was easy and responses were fast, even though I booked at the busiest time of year! Highly recommend.

no hard feelings but I almost never give a 5 star so 4 it is on this occasion. We have only been through the booking process but I can honestly say that we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and how informative and customer focused Luna has been. She informed us that depending on my mobility issues it might not be the best idea to visit Lapland due to the terrain and was very straight forward and honest about what to expect. We are still going and exploring options but I honestly cannot fault our experience with Santa Claus trips in any way so far and at the moment I would recommend anybody interested in visiting Lapland to give them a call.... and ask for Luna.

Recently booked our trip to lapland for 2024. Couldn't have been easier with plenty of options. Friendly staff with great communication. Lauren and Amanda were very helpful.

Andrew was brilliant in talking through the range of options and then booking our holiday to Lapland. I can’t fault his customer service.

I had great support from Jane as I looked to book the 'perfect' trip for the family next year. Not being sure on where to go, Jane provided really helpful insights into the best venue, hotels and activities based on the family of varied ages we have with us. She was very patient amending quotes as I 'to and fro'ed' with different options. Let's hope the trip is as good as the booking service!

I called to inquire about a day trip to Lapland and spoke to Janice who couldn’t have been more helpful. After listening to her experience regarding the trip we wanted to do and then speaking to my family I called back and booked the trip. Was so easy to do and all confirmed within minutes of booking.

When booking our trip i spoke to Carla through email and she was absolutely wonderful, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, We have boked our trip for DEC 2024 and Carla has dealt with everything explaining in great detail everything we need to take with us , the itinary and the activities we will be experiencing once we arrive in Lapland. We recomend using this company to anyone interested in going .

When thinking of booking Jodie was so knowledgeable on what was best suited to me. She went through the full trip and we are so excited to go.

5 star service for our very knowledgeable Lapland Expert, Genie. She was able to narrow down the trips we were looking and and recommend the perfect trip for us based on her own experience.

I liked the experience of going to Lapland! The reps were friendly! I have to say I was really disappointed with the accommodation very old fashioned- we had spent a lot of money for the accomodation and I have stayed in better Travellodges! Another thing we found disappointing was the Jet2 staff were rude and not especially nice. Our daughter also lost her bag on the flight out. The staff didn’t try and get it back to us. Very sad as it was obvious a young child’s bag.

Great company easy to get in touch with, very helpful staff. I’d highly recommend.
