First class service from Sarah and the team, made me feel like it was the right place from the first minute. The storage facilities are clean, tidy and secure. Really happy with the price too, highly recommended

Sarah was with us from every step of the way. Very knowledgeable and kind. We even got a little refreshment welcome package upon arrival which was a nice touch. Site was very safe, clean and maintained. Highly recommend.

So easy to arrange great staff

SCA are professional and helpful offering great value and service. In an industry where we’ve seen some awful units at silly prices it’s great to get a competitively priced container with really good access in a well managed environment.

Since my initial enquiry for storage, as moving home, SCA have kept in touch but not been pushy or aggressive. When the time came to hire a container it took minutes to secure a unit and be able to start storing our belongings.

John at Ripon is extremely helpful with a sense of humour, a great ambassador for the business.

I’d recommend SCA to anyone looking for a professional, great value storage solution. And to be clear, I am a real customer with no connection or affiliation to SCA. My review is based wholly upon my experience to date.

Efficient, easy to deal with and nice guy onsite in Ripon

I have been so impressed with the service I’ve received from SCA. The storage unit is spotlessly clean and access to the facility is so easy. My house move was made so much easier as I was dreading putting my furniture into storage. I have never used storage facilities before but I would definitely consider using them for future needs. All in all a really professionally run business with friendly helpful staff and , even better, they were the cheapest quote I received. Definitely book your unit today!

Very easy to set up everything, only bad thing in my case was that my code doesn't work and I have to keep calling up to get the door unlocked.

Excellent customer service before hand via email, answering my questions and assisting me with finding the right storage solution. Very impressed with the onboarding, was greeted at reception, and then shown the route to my storage unit whilst being provided guidance on how to enter, which bay to park in for the quickest and most convenient access, and the lady was overall very polite. As an additional bonus, I was given some welcome gifts. I received the 8 weeks 50% discount which made the storage unit very well priced. The place itself is very clean, organised, and access is electronic using a personal PIN number. Additionally there are trolleys that can be used to transport items from your car to your unit, and a lift to access the upper floors, which makes access very easy and the whole process stress free.
