Very happy with our sofa bed.. well worth going to the showroom first if you are not sure of the quality. Ordered and delivered on time within two weeks . Excellent customer service.

I did a fair amount of research before taking the plunge with sofa bed expert, first time buying a piece of furniture without seeing it and relying only on internet reviews but I am very glad we did, I completed the order by phone which was very smooth, the delivery took place videos the initial estimate and the drivers turned up as arranged, it would have been handy if they had taken the packaging away but we were not on site to ask them so I won’t count that as a negative, that also meant we had to assemble the sofa bed ourselves but as it just slots together that was no problem, the sofa is used daily and after a few months has held up very well to grandchildren bouncing and it gets used as a bed every weekend , I have yet to sleep on it myself but my wife and grandson both seem very happy. All in all, a great product and buying experience

Great communication, excellent service and a lovely sofa bed at a good price!
We were looking for a corner sofa bed that could turn into a King Size and found sofa bed expert after a bit of online searching for suitable options.
From the moment we ordered sample fabrics, we were impressed by the service and communication from this company. They sent the fabric samples out very quickly and included envelopes to return them in - such a good idea to re-use sample packs like this!
When we had a query about a certain fabric, we reached out to the online chat function on the website and had an immediate and very helpful reply to help us to choose a fabric.
The price was already competitive but we also benefited from a sale reduction plus a free footstool in the same fabric.
We also asked some questions to help us decide between the normal and the mini version and were told the sofa could be adapted so that it had the seating and sleeping dimensions of the normal version but the arm width of the mini version to make the overall size a little smaller in our space.
We placed the order and the sofa was ready for delivery just over a week later!
Delivery was organised in a way to suit us - an evening delivery was arranged so no need to book a day off work or wait around for hours on end.
Communication was prompt and helpful. Delivery and assembly was friendly and efficient.
The sofa itself is very comfortable both as a sofa and a bed - we are very happy with it!
After delivery, we realised that the footstool we ordered was too big for the space and reached out again via the online chat.
Gregg was so very accommodating and helpful and has arranged to switch this for the smaller version.
Overall, an amazing experience, such excellent customer service, highly recommended!

Bought another sofabed from this brilliant company having bought one just 2 weeks ago as was so impressed with the quality and service. Our second sofabed was again made bespoke, ordered on Bank Holiday Monday and arrived the following Sunday having explained that we needed ASAP. Incredible. Fits perfectly!

We purchased the U shape Mocca sofa bed. What a great sofa! It is huge and super comfortable. We love the colour and the feel of the fabric. Its customer care is also superb. We did extensive research in several websites, we requested swatches and called Greg several times till we decided to go to the showroom in Bognor Regis all the way from Oxford. It was worth it! We ordered the sofa then and there and 2 weeks later we had it installed at home, they even took our old sofa back! We are really happy.

We ordered an in-stock sofa online on a Saturday at 8pm. Fast forward to Sunday at 10:30am and the sofa is here, assembled. Unbelievably good service and so much better than the terrible experience we had with Nabru previously. Thank you!

An internal door was badly damaged and needed replacing and our hall was left full of rubbish when our sofa bed was delivered. The sofa bed itself was also damaged. Sofa bed expert promised on many occasions to cover the cost of the door replacement at least. They were provided with receipts and photos but we are still waiting. The damage was done in November 2021!!! Communications have been appalling with me having to chase and chase. I have been promised a refund many times (including last week) but we are still out of pocket and with a damaged sofa.

Do not buy from them.
Absolutely rubbish quality. Seats collapsed just after few months. Folding out is a nightmare…. Lower part just jumping out …. Avoid it if you don’t want to loose your money…. No contact with company after you paid 😡

I turned to this company after waiting 7 weeks for the exact same sofa bed from another company, and then being let down. Within 2 weeks I had a great quality sofa bed delivered for free (far up north aswell) into my lounge. I have slept on it myself, it does need a memory foam mattress topper but is great quality.

I ordered a 'Mocca king-size chaise corner sofa bed' in a custom colour. I was not issued a receipt for my purchase, but the sofa-bed was delivered within the expected time frame. I tested the mechanism once when delivered, but two weeks later have opened the bed up only to discover that two of the springs have burst through the bottom of the sofa cushion, tearing through the fabric, and that two of the hooks securing the springs have fallen out. This is totally unacceptable for a brand new sofa-bed that cost in excess of £1400 and I expect a prompt, functional replacement to be issued by the company

Purchased one of their "Mocca" Sofa Beds. Was a bit sceptical about buying such a product online at first. They were available to answer questions out of hours which was helpful. Sofa arrived as promised within a couple of days of ordering, delivered well wrapped up on a pallet. Simple enough to assemble. Very happy with the solid build quality of the frame, the fabric material and finish. Quite firm to sit on (which is what I wanted, and as they told me it was). Good buying experience and I would recommend this company both in terms of customer service and quality of the product.
