Nice very expensive swaddle
It was easy to order I was offered 10% off my 1st order but it had to be 40 pound and over but my item came to 39.90!!!! So was 10p short which was annoying

Please learn from my mistake. I bought a baby blanket from Spoiltland in good faith. It arrived but the colour didn't go with the room so I returned it. I hadn't received a refund so I got in touch with them with screenshots of the Royal mail tracking and the fact that it had arrived back with them. I received no reply. I followed this up with 2 further emails. Spoiltland did not reply. Now time has passed and I have to acknowledge that I have lost over £30 that I'll never get back.
My reason for posting this review is so that other people don't lose money in this way and I'm not treated in this way. Spoilt Land please do better 🤞

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! I refund a blanket as it says on the website I paid for postage. After 2 weeks still have received any email or my money back. I emailed and message them on live chat to at least let me know if you have received the item. 3 days ago they said let me check with our warehouse and we will get back to me and I’m still waiting for their update.
