A company that sells unsafe products

A company that sells unsafe products, continues to post about these products on their social media. When anyone points out the products are unsafe, instead of replying (because they clearly know they are in the wrong) they prefer to ‘like’ comments of those who are naive and don’t understand why the products aren’t safe. Spoiltland- perhaps you could educate yourselves and your unaware customers rather than put profits over safety. Terrible!

Not delivered

Absolutely brilliant

Really quick delivery. Excellent communication from start to finish.
I ordered one sleepee in denim blue then reordered another one in grey with the cushion in blue and grey. Service was amazing. Would definitely order again. X

I placed an order for an item as a gift….

I placed an order for an item as a gift. However, I had to return, as the item was too large for a premature baby. I emailed before hand to ask how to return and I had a response with the return address. Posted the items back, with a note inside detailing return. I’ve had no response to this or subsequent emails I have sent regarding an update. Royal mail tracking shows that the item has been delivered. Customer service is terrible!

Great product

Great product, fits well in our Nuna car set & out 3 month old really likes it as he is warm and cosy out in walks but not to hot in the car as I unwrap him with out having to take him out of the seat

Great Service

From ordering to delivery, a nice site to use. Haven't used the car blanket yet as baby not born. Quality looks good and even the package was good.

Excellent online retailer …

I have ordered from spoiltland several times and always has had a good experience. My orders arrived quickly, packaged with care and in excellent conditions. They have a good selection of products many of which are difficult to find anywhere else and their prices are very competitive.

My 2nd order from Spoiltland…

I have just received my second order from Spoiltland. After initially ordering the grey velvet Sleepee car seat blanket for my new little grandson I have reordered the velvet swaddle blanket and matching pillow for his pram. The quality is amazing and the parcel was wrapped up beautifully and arrived promptly. My daughter is delighted. Beautifully made product I bought the…

Beautifully made product I bought the muslin swaddle as a present for my daughter whose expecting her new baby soon. So pleased with the quality, tye service was brilliant arrived much sooner than expected . Great service will definitely order again and would recommend.
