St Peters Garden Centre Reviews 

We attended the light show with our grandson and saw Santa. The staff were friendly and Santa took time to chat will our grandson which was lovely. Our grandson loved the fair rides and the lights and finding the reindeer. The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is, I thought the light trail should have been a bit longer for the money paid but over all it was a lovely evening and few hrs out.

The Christmas light trail was lovely and the little ones enjoyed it very much. The reindeer trail kept them engaged and meeting Santa was a treat..A nice touch to receive a chocolate gift too.
Just wish it lasted a little longer as 30 minutes seemed to pass quickly. The little funfair helped to extend the visit.

We attended the Santa lunch it was perfect made magical by your lovely friendly staff who were dressed as elves they made my nephews laugh so much with their singing and games , the food was outstanding and very generous and seeing Santa was magical , they loved their toys again very generous no cheap tacky toys . Loved it definitely worth the trip , well done all 🎅🏼

Visited the restaurant for Sunday lunch. The food was lovely and the staff fantastic. Shout out to Georgia and the team who were very attentive. Couldn’t do enough for my family and myself. Kind, courteous and polite, you should be commended for your attention to detail. Well done all and merry Christmas.

We recently attended the light trail/meet santa event which was fab! So many lights and lovely trees and we weren't expecting the free hot drink and the chocolate reindeer at the end for the kids. Santa chatted with my son for ages and the Elf offered to take our picture. The only reason I havent given it 5 stars is because it would have been nice if the trail had gone right down by the bee hives to make it last a bit longer but other than that it was really cool and very christmassy! We would definitely visit again next year :)

Wet well organized and the lights were beautiful. Granddaughter really enjoyed it despite the rain !!! Would definitely go again next year

We took our Grandsons to the Light Trail on Saturday and it was fantastic value for Money. We were super impressed and will definitely be returning. The staff were so friendly what a lovely place

St Peters christmas displays and pony rides were the most magical thing my children have done this side of christmas. The pony rides made a core memory for us all. The value for money was amazing! £7 a ride and quite a distance they go with them. It was my boys first time on a pony/horse and the handlers were so good with them both. It was very special for us as parents to watch 🥰 thank you St Peters Garden centre, and well done for making some christmas magic.

Attended the lunch with Santa event & all staff were great with my daughter. Food was pretty good too

The whole event was shocking. We spent a whole 9 minutes from start to finish. We went a few years back and it was really good but it’s gone downhill fast

A wonderful experience for myself and grandchildren 2 and 3. Hot chocolate, santa and very reasonable. Definately recomend.

Amazing and lovely experience taking my grandson to see Santa and the light trail. Very good value for money, staff lovely. I would highly recommend it.

Enjoyable time with my daughter and her children. On entering a very helpful member of staff kindly went and made a special cup of hot chocolate for Henry who has CMPA which was much appreciated. The lights were lovely just a shame the trail wasn't bigger as we got round it so quickly. The children loved it though and the Lindt chocolate at the end. An enjoyable way to spend an hour. Even managed to go on the merry go round and in the garden centre before it closed. We went at 4.30 the latest time but a rush to get home from school, changed and drive there! could have done with being a little later!

Super friendly staff, clean and full of festive cheer. My friends and our children came to visit after school yesterday and had the most wonderfully festive time. The little Christmas funfair is so well done and reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly and kind and the Christmas displays make the whole visit feel very magical! Thank you St Peter’s!

My sister and I did the Christmas Wreath making workshop and had a lovely time. The hosts in The Yurt were so friendly and patient and clearly cared about-and loved-what they do.
There were plenty of decorations on offer to choose from and ribbons. We'd definitely come back again.

The children had the most magical time with the lunch with Santa. The elves were brilliant with them and even had my 8 yr old son dancing. Thank you x

As a result of illness we were unable to create the wreaths at the garden centre. However, they very kindly allowed us to collect the resources from the yurt. Tina was both sympathetic to our situation and very helpful and encouraging in providing two wreaths and a range of resources. The yurt was beautifully decorated and Tina's team had created a lovely, festive atmosphere. We hope the session went really well.

Wife and I had the two course Christmas lunch for £19.99. Excellent price, delicious food and fantastic friendly service. Thank you.
