the person who assisted me offered good advice and services. she was also very friendly and patient. likewise, synsam allowed that my glasses be picked up by my daughter as I was not in the country during the time the glasses were ready.

Warning- Racism
i have visited today Synsam in Liljeholmen and I was totally humiliated. The staff asked me to leave because I wanted to ask a question,
Warning to everyone with dark skin or with an immigrant background, the staff are racists, especially the older woman with bangs.
I have never ever been treated the way I was treated.

Göteborg Nordstan: Service is so bad, it's hard to imagine. As a regular, I expect to be serviced with kindness, attention, and flexibility to what I wish. Here it's the opposite: everyone is busy talking on the phone instead of choosing the customer in front of you, well why don't we start with a hi when you enter the store, Being busy with adjusting to the glasses on the shelves is way more important than taking on next customer. It's obvious customers and staff have different priorities.
