Our company is using the SMS feature integrated in Outlook to send messages to our customer and Mediaburst solutions integrates nicely with this service.

It's very easy to set up the solutions.

We find Mediaburst works well for us and is very straightforward - for us it is an extention to our Microsoft Outlook. We use it from time to time just to send reminders to our customers. Mediaburst have also sent us some useful advice.

The ability to send text messages using both Outlook and from the mediaburst website is of great value to our customers.

I'm in no way a large customer of Mediaburst, but any time I've needed help, they've been there. From my limited experience, they are great.

I have the SMS feature built into my CRM Capsule and it's handy to text a customer or supplier without moving from my pc to the mobile and I can just type rather than use the phone which is quicker. Very handy for my business,,, thanks#! only a 4 becuase i had to amend all my mobile numbers to take out the zero!
