Interface is fairly self explanatory. When I have rung with questions I have found the staff friendly and helpful. Service worked as it should have.

As a publisher we have used Mediaburst SMS solutions to support print display advertising and reader response solutions.

We find the latest Textburst far more user friendly and easier for our staff to dip in and out of as needs require.

If we do have a set up problem they are always attentive and friendly

Billing is also simple and transparent which is important to us in terms of allocating supplier costs to titles and advertiser campaigns

Technologically excellent and reliable with a great company ethic what more could you ask for?

Mediaburst have been a great company to use, after replying to me on Twitter I got 50 free text messages to give them a test run.

The site is easy and simple to use, API documentation give all the information you need without adding too much technical garbage, the back-admin is clear and straight forward and should probably be an example to other service providers on how to not bombard your user.
