A transparent supplier

We upgraded our website to woo commerce and went live with it two weeks ago - and once of the services I added in was to sms my clients on receipt of their order - and again when the job was dispatched.

They offered two companies in the UK to do the sms - and after trying both I settled on Mediaburst - and once setup the service has been transparent - it just works. It uses the API supplied by mediaburst so when I change the status of jobs it automatically texts our clients.

With my many of my target customers being at colleges I' m convinced the texts have added to referrals - and with this and a couple of other small tweeks our sales in the first two weeks have equalled the sales of the first two months of this year on the old site.

Mediaburst contacted me after signing up and I have a direct contact should I need anything.

I have contacted the programmer who wrote the interface on the behalf of Mediaburst with some requests - and they've all been taken on board... and have made the whole experience superb.

With their API I've also sent texts from my email - seamless!

Very easy to use. Very convenient!

Really good system, and very easy to use. Being in the logistics industry, it allows us to contact all our drivers in a matter of minutes which is vital to our business!

Quick, Convenient and Reliable!!

When I need to keep my clients up to date Mediaburst offers me a convenient way to get my message across at a time that suits me - not many clients appreciate a text at 5am - so I schedule them for a more convenient time!

My clients get the message and I have a happy client who is kept in the loop!

Slick, Easy & Cost Effective

We use it as part of our DR Notification Service or if we have any other outages we need to let our mobile staff about. The mediaburst SMS is easy to setup and use, had a slick interface and doesn't cost the earth. It even integrates with Outlook should you need that kind of functionalilty as well. I'd recommend it anytime.

Excellent tool

I use media burst to send out multi emails, weekly. To do it manually on my mobile device would be absolutely painful. Would recommend to anyone.

A Step in the right direction!

Since the upfdate from prompt text it seems that for me to send texts on mass we now need to import specific tables each time? I have been advised by adding a "0" and a "," to the number I can copy and past to the send tabs but it only does one at a time - I need to be able to send text within seconds to candidates on mass, and from a variety of different selections, bulk copy and paste is the only way and I have gone from a regular large user to zero since the update - too complicated! Can I have the old service back?

The above complaint was promptly picked up by Mediaburst and for the past 5 days they have been trying desperately to allow me access to the 'old style' of service making my life far easier - and they have! Customer service knows no bounds, its now better than ever with new reporting tools available - they bent over backwards to help and everyone is happy.

Well done - and who said customer service was dead!

Best customer service there is

Beyond doubt this company has the best customer service going of any company out there. Friendly, efficient and prompt. Their text packages really do deliver and the ionline reporting enables our company to be more efficient in our marketing approach.
