We visited the store, which we are not local too, we were greater warmly and given space to feed and change our newborn.
Nakita spent a few hours with us showing us all the prams and helping us decide. She had so much patience with us, no question went unanswered. Thankyou very much, we look forward to our new pram arriving.

Awful customer service. Urge not to spend your money here. No consideration for how hard it can be for a family with a new born, with a faulty product they have sold you and the best they can say is ‘Email customer service’. Rude management.

The staff here are all brilliant and really helpful. They don’t pressure you and give you time to browse alone if that’s what you want. Louise helped us today and we ordered our pram she gave us a great demo and answered all our questions, but I must say the other members of staff were really helpful too it was a team effort.

Brilliant service and very helpful thank you

I visited the baby store on Saturday to have a look as I’m due my first baby in March. When arriving we were approached by Paige who helped talk through all the different pram systems. She helped me narrow it down to the ‘Venicci Tinum up line’ .. she also helped me upstairs with the next to me cots and explained in detail how they work and what they are used for (new parent it’s all confusing to me) I can’t wait to come back and place an order at your store!

We visited store numerous times last year when looking for items for our baby. The staff were always so helpful and gave their time to ensure all queries were answered and gave demonstrations of prams and how they folded etc. We went on to purchase an iCandy Cerium bundle in August 23 for our December 23 baby which arrived in plenty of time (October 23). Since using the pram we discovered that there was a fault meaning there was an annoying squeak coming from the chassis. We got in touch with the Baby Store and the staff were great at helping rectify this issue. They contacted iCandy on our behalf and arranged the collection for us. We dropped the pram in store and were given a loan pram to use in the meantime. Our pram chassis was boxed up and sent off to iCandy and returned to us within a week, with the issue fully resolved. If you’re considering purchasing from The Baby Store I would definitely recommend them. Their customer service is great, even months after the purchase has been completed.

We first visited the Baby Store a few months back to have a look at the pram options, the young lady in store was super patient and understanding of us being first time parents and very informative with us without being too pushy and left us to make our own decision. Although we didn’t buy our pram from here, we did buy our beautiful cot here and had a lovely experience with the grandparents-to-be! The cot arrived in store, on time, exactly as promised and it was a smooth transition into our car. I can’t wait to visit again soon to buy some beautiful clothes!

I first visited the baby store in Warrington in 2019 when I was having my son.
We returned last weekend as I’m going to be an auntie in May & came to have a browse.
The staff are all lovely who have great customer service and so knowledgeable with products they offer.
I love going into a shop & enjoy browsing without a member of staff being over friendly who is clearly trying their hardest for a sale. Please don’t ever change as there is no pressure to purchase anything as it’s clear to see you want people to be comfortable!

We went to baby store to look at prams for our grandchild. We were helped by Louise, who explained all about the pram our daughter liked. She gave a full demonstration of a number of travel systems and was very knowledgeable about all the products she showed to us. The service provided at the baby store was great. Everyone is friendly and helpful, with no pressure to buy. The pram came on the date we had been given and collection was easy.

We’ve visited the Baby Store a couple of times now and ended up buying our pram system from here! The staff have been amazing from start to finish and so helpful throughout the whole process! Such a lovely atmosphere in store. Will definitely visit again!

I wasn’t local but made the journey all very excited to go

When I got there the lady we’re pleasant and didn’t pounce on me straight away like other stores

I looked at my own casual speed and when I needed advise they were more than happy to accompany me.

A lady called Kate was so helpful and made me feel at ease by showing and talking through all the different brands of prams making sure had made the right decision.

Kate talked everything through with me and also let me have a go at using all the gadgets on the prams, and the car seat, making me feel at ease and reassured that I was doing a great job.

We then went upstairs and looked at the nursery furniture where I purchased a side cot and a few of a little bits for the baby.

Before I knew it, I was in there three hours and loved every minute of it. What a lovely experience, and I will definitely be returning again next week and I can’t wait would highly recommend this store. It is beautiful .

Really helpful staff, wide product range especially travel systems! Delivering on time

We first visited the baby store Warrington on the 16th September, having no idea what we was actually looking for in a pram! Safe to say we was in the store a good 3 hours plus! We looked at so many different prams and left having purchased a beautiful travel system, Moses basket and next to me crib! The lovely Louise was so patient with us showing us every single feature of all the prams, customer service was above & beyond for us first time parents!
We returned again today (10-12-23) to collect our travel system (how exciting!) again received amazing customer service & purchased a beautiful changing mat too, will definitely return to the baby store! 10/10 ⭐️
