I popped over to this shop purely to look at prams, not realising everything else they had. We went back multiple times to then continue with baby buying. Lovely shop and great service. Missing one item so having to go back after checking and being told yes it’s inside the box. It wasn’t in the box and wasn’t listed on the box hence query.

They have so much choice and lovely stuff you want to buy it all !

Purchased our egg2 complete bundle from hear last year, so when we needed a more compact stroller we didn’t hesitate on going back. Recently purchased the egg z stroller, fantastic pram! 1st egg z was damaged when we unboxed, called to let the girls at the store know and their customer service was 10/10, within 48 hours a new stroller arrived at the store for me to collect, the staff unboxed and checked it all over to make sure everything was perfect, can’t thank the girls enough for sorting the problem so quickly & without any fuss. Will 100% purchase from this store again in the future.
