We were served by Maria, she was absolutely incredible, super knowledgeable, engaging and really took the time to answer our questions and work out which products would suit our needs. We come to find out it was her first weekend on the shop floor! INCREDIBLE! We purchased our pram there and then!

We have been to the store prior to it moving to the bigger premises and every time we have had a phenomenal service and it's such a gorgeous space!

I wish I could give more than 5 ⭐

Ordered our pram back at the old shop and went to the new one to collect this week and it is just incredible. The ladies in the store are just lovely, nothing is too much trouble. They are also opening a coffee shop which we can’t wait to visit. Lovely store

My daughter and I went to the store today to shop for some baby products, our previous experience of the service in the other location was very good , on this occasion not so .
My daughter entered the store with her 4 month old baby in the car seat , in a shopping trolley , only to be told that you do not all shopping trollies in the store , now I really do question the reason as to why , as mothers pushing baby strollers were perusing the store .
Hence my daughter had to remove her baby and car seat and leave trolley at the door
Not conducive to a great shopping experience, and resulted in us both leaving the store resulting in the loss of a sale on the day and that of any future sales
Please consider the needs of new mothers and the value of a previously loyal customer

Visited the New Store yesterday to collect our order that we placed in the old store and wow I thought the old store was nice but the new one is incredible. Can’t thank the staff enough for being amazing as always and helping me to my car with my order. What a great store and staff!

We visited the baby store for the first time today and were so impressed - it’s huge inside and has everything you need in one place.
We bought our pram bundle today with the help of Emma who was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about all the different types of systems and gave us a very in depth demonstration for the one we liked. She was very patient, answering all our questions and was unbiased about the pros/cons of each. We didn’t feel pushed into a purchase and that she genuinely wanted us to be happy with our choice.

As first time parents we initially felt very overwhelmed with all the options but Emma made the experience easy for us- thank you so much! :)

Excellent experience from start to finish! From visiting the store to collecting everything a few weeks later. The staff went above and beyond on both occasions, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend their new store, it is beautiful

Staff in the store are nice it’s everything that follows after you spend thousands with them. Lack of communication regarding delivery of products is poor. Requested the start of the month but didn’t arrive until the end of the month and had to chase them for updates on the pram/car seat, furniture and nursing chair.
Was told in store the car seat included the isofix base as part of Boxing Day deals, tripled checked when paying as whats the point in having the car seat but no base and was told yes but upon the delivery (which was late, they advised 6 weeks before due date only to receive it 3 weeks before) no base was included, went in to store to query only to be told that it wasn’t so have no car seat base 3 weeks before my due date so it’s just extra stress and having the money to now go and get the base when we thought we were sorted and prepared for babies arrival.
Overall, I am disappointed with what we experienced and wouldn’t advise people to shop with them. It’s a shame as I’m all for supporting small local businesses but in mine and my partners experience we received better service from the big chains.

Visited The Baby Store twice the other week with my mum and then my husband. We had been overwhelmed with trying to figure out what we need for our baby. Emma helped us on both visits and was absolutely brilliant! She really helped us understand what features we needed in a pram to suit our particular lifestyle and was happy to demo lots of prams for us to make an informed choice. Faultless experience and will be recommending the store to any friends who are expecting in the future - thank you! X

Absolute clowns wouldn’t take my lrish starling money wouldn’t even except Scottish this shop deserves to be closed down for how uncomfortable they left me when I walked in about 10 followed me when I was trying to but my niece an outfit absolutely ridiculous absolute class clowns and they made me full awkward in front of people and they took 5 pound coins of me and never give it back

My husband and I had the best experience at The Baby Store today and couldn’t be more grateful to Grace for her help.
We left with a full pram bundle knowing it was exactly what we wanted and are very excited for it to arrive.

First of all, I want to mention that my partner and I have been loyal customers of the baby store in the past. We purchased all of our furniture and baby items here for our daughter four years ago. Unfortunately, after our recent experience, we won’t be shopping here again.

My partner is four months pregnant, and yesterday we purchased an Egg pram bundle. Although the baby isn’t due until May, we decided to buy early after seeing an Instagram advert stating: “Free stroller with every purchase over £750.”

Following the purchase, my partner emailed the store regarding the free stroller, only to be told that the offer applied only to full-price items.

I called the manager this afternoon to make a complaint and to see if we could resolve the issue. Instead, I was told: “There’s not much I can do about it – the deal was only available for full-priced items.”

There was no real apology, no acknowledgement that the advert was misleading, no “you’re right, we’re sorry, the post should have stated full-priced items only,” and no gesture of goodwill despite the false advertising and poor customer experience.

For the record, the Instagram post does not mention any terms and conditions, nor does it say full-priced items only, which is why we feel so frustrated and disappointed.

I’d advise other customers to think twice before shopping here.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I bought my pram here and the person who helped me went above and beyond to demonstrate and listen to what I wanted. There has been an issue with the delivery but this was no fault of the shop at all, they tried to sort it out and I had constant contact with them. They clearly care a lot about their customers. I will be back to purchase more! Thanks.

I had such a great experience at the baby store thanks to Nakita Although I haven’t made a purchase yet, I’ll definitely be back. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the prams I was interested in—folding them down and setting them up with ease, which really helped me feel more confident in what to look for. What stood out the most was how compassionate and patient she was—absolutely no pressure, just genuine support. Highly recommend the store.

Bought a pram from here yesterday. Nikita was amazing, really knowledgable and helpful, helped us for hours! She really made me feel so much more confident as this is my first pregnancy. Thank you Nikita!!

We visited the store, which we are not local too, we were greater warmly and given space to feed and change our newborn.
Nakita spent a few hours with us showing us all the prams and helping us decide. She had so much patience with us, no question went unanswered. Thankyou very much, we look forward to our new pram arriving.

Awful customer service. Urge not to spend your money here. No consideration for how hard it can be for a family with a new born, with a faulty product they have sold you and the best they can say is ‘Email customer service’. Rude management.

The staff here are all brilliant and really helpful. They don’t pressure you and give you time to browse alone if that’s what you want. Louise helped us today and we ordered our pram she gave us a great demo and answered all our questions, but I must say the other members of staff were really helpful too it was a team effort.
