Updated from 1 star review. Received a prompt call and apology. Replacement order sent out straight away. Very happy with how they’ve dealt with the complaint.

Excellent customer service
This is the only vape supplier I’ve used since quitting smoking 4 years ago. Expert advice along with excellent customer service means I’ve never needed to look elsewhere. The same day delivery service has been a great addition to the vast range of juices and spares available. Good to know I’m never likely to run out of what I need to keep me vaping.
