My daughter's costume arrived within the specified time, costume looked exactly as on the website, she was delighted. Only negative was that the wig shown with the costume on the website was not available to buy, otherwise very good service. I would buy from Halloween HQ online again.

Just a couple of issues
Bought costume through a link I saw on Facebook. Costume arrived very quickly but I also bought a can of hair green hair spray which got damaged in the envelope and leaked out it wasn't a huge mess but eveything smelt like the inside of a can. The costume I bought is good it's the kids joker costume €42. One thing you might say is that the mask stinks. My child is three and he can't wear it because the smell is so strong. I don't want him to wear it because of the smell. Very chemically and not from hair spray I don't think.

2 costumes purchased - one good one bad
I bought 2 costumes both kids aged 8-10yrs.
One fitted correctly and everything was as I expected and looked exactly like the photograph on the front of the packaging (zombie skate punk boy).
The other costume - Deluxe Jedi boys costume - was not as it looked on the picture, the top was in some parts too large and baggy and long and the boot covers on the trousers were adult sized - not kid sized. I was very disappointed with this costume. I didn't want to return it for a smaller size as the next size smaller would be too small.
