Ignored, issue not resolved.
I was unable to make a purchase for some unknown reason. Abbey, a senior agent, was helpful but I still was unable to purchase. The next agent called me the wrong name. The next agent ignored everything that the past agents have asked me to do.
Suddenly my ticket with the support team was closed with me unable to make a purchase, not even a response to say they couldn't help, or even asking me to use someone else's account.
I was just left, feeling like I was a burden and not worth helping. I will never make a purchase with this company ever again and will go elsewhere.

Quality and Satisfaction
Well, I'm overly disappointed with the Ted Baker (TB) Perfume 😞 I've got other TB Perfumes, and Purse Sprays, and they last for a while, wearing.
This recent one (TB Woman), wears away in seconds, and I'm not exaggerating, there's no smell. I'm using it after my evening shower 🚿 because it gives a fresh-smelling scent for a few seconds - I'm so unhappy, moreso, as I've already sprayed it, I can't return it, for a refund 🙃 😑

As always in the Workington store
As always in the Workington store, the staff (Claire on this occasion), was warm, welcoming and friendly. She went out of her way to ensure that I had everything that I needed, taking the time to accommodate my fussy granddaughter. She made sure that my purchases were wrapped beautifully. And always Claire remained calm and polite. She made me feel like I was very special as a customer. She made time for us and was very knowledgeable in the perfumes that we were testing.

Just been to the Bath store
Just been to the Bath store. Absolutely great customer service .
Being a manager myself and being the shop is in Bath. I do expect the kind of service that should be four star. The man who I imagine is the manager was extremely helpful. I was happy to see they had many offers on and bought more than I should have of. I will be visiting again. Thank you.

Is this the worst website ever created
Is this the worst website ever created! I have no idea of if I have managed to buy what I wanted to buy. I had no idea how many of the item was eventually in my basket. It truly is a dreadful site. If an order arrives I’ll be amazed, in the meantime Amazon with its higher pricing here I come.
