This pump is TERRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. As others have said it is extremely painful, heavy, and poorly designed. I was excited when I first got it and it tanked my supply. I was hoping for more because I love the bottles, but not happy at all with this pump

Mt pump broke while on vacation and this the one I did to replace it last minute. I got excited about the prospect of it. Opened it up and loved the look, i didn't mind how heavy they were since they did well in my bra, however after that, using them is awful. The app rarely works, it's always disconnecting, even in the middle of a pump. I like the keep track of the time and how long I've been pumping but I have to keep my phone on me, so technically it's not hands free cuz I have to have my phone on me. Also, it hurts like HELL. Even on the first setting, I have to stop every min or so in order to keep my nipples from bleeding or brusing which means I don't get all my milk out. I really tried to get walmart to take it back but I can't get a refund.

i got this pump over the elvie because it was cheaper. it doesn’t get all of my milk out . not to mention it hurts like hell and everytime i use it i BLEED yes bleed . wish i could return this pump but i guess it’s too late now . i’ve tried lower setting (the lower setting barely gets milk out) and i’ve tried switching to different size flanges they haven’t made a difference.not to mention they’re bulky they look so awkward so i can’t use them in public while i’m at work .i’m a single mom of two under two so 300 dollars is a lot of money to spend on something that disables me from feeding my babies after i use it . i’m severely disappointed. ☹️

AWEFUL, they hurt, I don’t get half of what I usually pump. And the collection cups are the worst design you don’t get all of it out no matter what. I would never spend 300$ on this pump again. And honestly would send it back in a heart beat for my money back. So very disappointed in a brand I love.

Very disappointed in this pump. For 300$ it is not worth it, I don’t get barley anything out when I use this pump. It is not comfortable, and the collection cups are the dumbest design. You cannot get all the milk out. Would not recommend definitely not worth the money.

I wish I would’ve paid attention to the reviews before I went to Walmart to get this. I’m a teacher and time is SO valuable when trying to pump on my breaks. There are so many pieces to this pump and I BARELY get my normal amount using my other pump in double the amount of time. I’m still left feeling full and not to mention the pump is so painful when in use. Also, the milk collector is terrible when trying to pour the milk into another bottle. If you are barely making enough for your baby you know that every drop counts. I wish I could return this, but now I’m out over $300 with a product I will probably never use again. So extremely disappointed as this is my first purchase from this company. Not a good first impression. Save your money and skip this pump. I don’t believe I’ve ever had to write a review before but this product does not meet expectations at all.

I really wanted to love this pump, however... It literally feels like it's ripping your nipples off when you use it... It should be a torture device in some evil henchman torture stash... caution: will tear nipples from the body. I was in pain for a week after... Every time I see it, I suffer from PTSD...

I had high hopes for this pump, and was very disappointed. I didnt mind all the pieces to connect or wash, as it came with 2 sets. It had an app to use that seemed simple enough, and suction that seemed like it was going to do the job. But It also tried to suck off my nipples. It was so painful to use on any level other than the 1st. Now I'm stuck with a $300 pump I can't use. Shame on you tommee tippee. I know I'm not the only one that lost out on the money, I just hope there are no further injuries from this pump. I think the company should take these used and new pumps back till they can fix the problem.

Let me start by saying that I really wanted to love this pump. I was all in for the convenience to directly feed from the collectors. Sadly this pump is not effective for me. Yes, I tried variations of settings and horns but the milk barely dripped. The attached photo is 1 pumping session with my Medela and 2 pumping sessions with my Tommie Tippee wearable. So sad and uncomfortable.

i was so excited to buy this pump bc i have used tommee tippee with all my kids. but this pump is horrible i can't get all my milk out i can't get it to align correctly i can't even get it to work half the time. this is very poor design and for $300 it's not worth the money. it feels like it's going to pull my nipple off and my nipple gets stuck. i am very very disappointed and i would return it in a heart beat if i could

I really want to love this pump. I’ve had others and since my baby uses TT bottles, I figured this would be perfect. I was so excited to get the pump and use it. Jen very disappointed in the design. For the moms who pump to store, you’ve made it very difficult to get all of my precious milk out of the milk collector bottles, I’d say it would even be the same situation if my baby was feeding directly from the bottle. First time I poured the milk out of the bottle I spilled at least 1/2 ounce. I’m not an over producer so this was very irritating to watch spill all over the place. I can deal with the pump being larger than most of the design of the bottles wasnt the worst design out there. For $300 this is a poor design and I hope you actually take the reviews and make a change. The only other issue so far is not everyone has 24/28 nipples, people are smaller than that and I’m order to use my newly purchased pumps right away I used them with the horns provided but when I ordered the free horns it never told me an estimated date of arrival. Just said thanks. Knowing when I’ll be receiving these parts would be nice. All I can say is for $300 DO BETTER!!! I will probably return these and look for better options as having a wearable pump is necessary for me to be able to work while pumping.

This pump was not a good purchase. The app is horrible, the pumps never gave a full charge even though I left them on charger for 24 hours. If your nipple could be pulled off this would be the pump to do it. So painful and I don’t have sensitive nipples. I can handle pain but not this. It made my nipple black and blue and it was so swollen it got stuck in the pump. The collection cup is really bad. You can’t get all of your precious liquid gold out without using a syringe. Do not recommend this pump at all. Beware.

I purchased this pump for a temporary replacement for my willow, one of my pump motor died and the replacement was on the way. I got excited to try this one. First off there are parts that are so small I kept getting nervous I would lose them while washing, the app is SO hard to use and barely I unusable, one of my pumps keeps getting loose from the machine and has probably spilled over 4oz in a matter of two pumps. This causes my bra, my clothes and mostly what ever in front of me to get soaked with breast milk. I have a slight over supply but I could only imagine if I was a mom who was barely producing enough. For a pump that is 300 dollars it shouldn’t have these issues with the app and leaking milk. No matter how long I charge them for they will not get to 100% and by the time I put them on and start pumping it drops down to 70% battery life. Honestly VERY disappointed, I would rather be hooked up to a pump plugged into an outlet then use these, I’d probably would use any other pump then use these. After an already stressful day with my normal pumps not working this pump should have been my saving grace but it has done the opposite. Would not ever buy if I wasn’t in a pinch.

I wish I could rate a 0! I was so excited to try this and when it was the most painful pump I have ever experienced, not even nursing itself ever hurt me the way this did. I’m sure I used the correct flange size Because I used pumps before and know my size also went based of the manual. My nipples were on fire and like elephant trunks. I am so mad that it was so expensive and I couldn’t return this pump. That’s 300 dollars to the trash.

This pump is very painful! I generally produce 5-6 oz each breast with my hospital pump and I barely get two off this pump, not enough for a single feeding. The container that holds the milk is a weird shape and does not allow you to pour all the milk out. You end up wasting milk every pump (I have tried syringing it out after, which is ridiculous for 300$) I would not recommend!

I am giving this product a 1 out of 5 because I believe I received a faulty pump. I was very excited about this wearable pump, my baby only uses tommee tippees binkies and bottles, only ones it will accept. However, this pump only expressed 0.5 oz of milk after 20 minutes and was very uncomfortable. I read about the alignment, tried the different flange sizes, and various expression modes, and intensities. Even though I may have received a broken pump I returned the item and will not be trying a new one. Even so, the app to control the pump was helpful and very attractive to say the least. I am not sure it is worth the actual price based on the reasons I bought the pump, sadly I can not verify that.

My baby is in nicu delivered Sunday and I just got discharged today, ran into Walmart and grabbed this pump in a hurry. I rather use the one from the hospital. I couldn’t even get my milk out to save it to take to the hospital tomorrow. It’s not easy setup and pretty heavy. Just complicated and too much for my postpartum brain although I wanted to love it unfortunately I don't. Hopefully I can return it.

I bought this pump on impulse when I was out for the day and left my Freemie pump at home on accident. Manual pumps don't work for me and I needed relief fast. I would have been better off staying engorged. It felt like my nipples were being ripped off. I couldn't get the app to function properly. I'm normally a good producer and suffered through only to get maybe 2 ounces total. I spent way too much on this product for the painful experience. I think one of the biggest issues is the weight of the battery pulling down on your breast. Coupled with the suction, it's a nightmare.

Kind of disappointed after spending 300 for this. It’s good quality and seems durable but I did not like using it overall. The shape of the collection cups are intolerable, you can’t get every last drop of milk so some of the milk just gets wasted. The suction is okay for me but the modes are difficult to change and I hate the automatic changes it does, which makes it hard for me to collect much milk at all. I can barely get any milk out of my breasts with these. Plus, the app to use it is just annoying. I wish I could return it but I can’t anymore.
