This is by far the worst pump I have ever used. I bought it thinking it would be similar to other portable pumps. I have used the willow & Elvie in the past so figured this was no different. The first time I used this pump it was extremely painful. I tried it all different suction levels & the other size Falange with no avail. I suffered through the pain thinking I’d get used to it but after 10 minutes I could not bear it anymore. When I pulled the pump off my nipples were black & blue all over including on my Areola. It was so bad that I hurt the rest of the day & couldn’t feed my twin girls because I was so bruised (which any pumping mom knows is awful because I was so engorged) I have never experienced anything so awful & I have pumped with all 5 of my children with all different brands of pumps. I even showed my lactation consultant & she advised that I never use it again so I don’t cause permanent damage. I’m so disappointed that I just threw $300 in the trash for one pump & will have to buy another brand so I can feed my babies.

Little upset with the fact I can’t get all my milk out of the collection cups :( but overall a good pump just feels like I’m wasting a lot of my milk because the shape of the cup

By far the worst pump I have ever had. I have 5 kids and pumps are no new thing for me. This pump has been such a disappointment from the beginning, the app doesn't work right. The suction is not the best or if I increase the suction it's hurts emensly. It's complicated to put the collector cups back on and the most DISAPPOINTING PART IS THE COLLECTION CUPS ARE AWEFUL. THEY WASTE SO MUCH MILK. YOU CAN NOT GET IT ALL OUT DUE TO THE RIDICULOUS SHAPE. DEFINITELY GOING TO BE RETURNING!!!!

I seen them at Walmart super cute display. And I had to have it I the bottle warmer and I love it. But this pump was such a disappointment. And I was really looking forward to it. And the suction is not even good, waist a lot of milk and for an exclusive pumper I really need every last drop. I wish I would gotten their other pump. I would like my money back to get the other one to be honest

i saw this at walmart and was orginally planning on going with elvie i figure why not buy this one and if its worth it i wouldnt have to wait on the elvie to get here through mail anyways i decided to purchase was soo excited to try it got home hooked it up. it apparently thinks i have two left boobs ( i dont ) the app did not track my milk as i pumped and maybe i doesnt and i just got the wrong idea however the estimated amounts of milk was incorrect. it asks me to tilt pump forward to get the milk that hasnt fell yet to fall. did that and the milk didnt go into the bottle instead waisted it doesnt come with convenient flanges sizes and the milk is impossible to get every drop which i cant barely let a drop waste. it leaves about half an ounce then you have to get a syringe to get the last half an ounce out of the bottle. personally for me it was confusing to get apart and put back together and time consuming. i bought to use at work as i wait tables instead of being stuck to a wall. i understand it is a new product and just needs work i am not bashing i love this brand and use it for many other baby products but my personal opinion is not in favor for this pump. i expect to see it improve in the future as this brand has always been great

I was so happy and excited to see them at Wal Mart and I just had to get them. Once I set them up and put them to use, I hated them from the start. The app would have the L highlighted but it would pump from the right. I was a bit confused but let it go and thought to myself that I’d try again in the morning. My daughter latches really well from my left so I always get more out of it, especially in the mornings. I did it once again in the morning and in the 30 minutes, I only got 30ml? There’s absolutely no way! I took them off and used my other pump and I got 150ml out of it! And the suction?! Oh gosh, the worst!! I was very uncomfortable and couldn’t stand the pain, I only had it set to 2!!! The way the bottle is designed is horrible, I couldn’t get everything out, I had to use a syringe to get it out. As well as the screw top, VERY hard to take off and put back on. I’m sorry, but these are absolutely the worst, I highly do not recommend wasting your money on these.

I love the pump itself I feel they are comfortable and convenient for being a stay at home mom with a 1 yr old and one on the way! But my problems are I charge them and the app will say they are 85% when fully charged! And on the app for whatever reason it will highlight L or R and both pumps are R and it’s super annoying and I haven’t used them since I charged them and checked the charge and when I started my pump they were already around 75%! I just wish the charge was better than it is and the app wouldn’t screw up and say not pumps are Right but other than that I enjoy them

I got these pumps brand new at Walmart. Fully charged them before first use per manual. Why does the app say they are 85% charged after charging for several hours?? Very frustrating. It also says that my collectors are halfway full before even putting pump to breast- I made sure all the sensors were dry. I have the TT made for me electric breast pumps and loved them, but so far the wearable isn’t living up to my expectations.

I love this pump so far!! I was desperate for a wearable pump for work! It’s not easy at my job to go connect to a wall every 3 hours!! Pros- comes with 2 sets, I pump twice while at work so no need for washing until I get home! Great suction! Comfortable! Can control it from my phone! Cons- no matter what I do I can not get all the milk out of the containers! It doesn’t measure correctly! But the biggest problem is….. I can’t find where to buy replacement parts and I managed to lose one of the small pieces on day one:( So far I’m in love with it though!

This pump isn’t necessarily bad but it’s not great either. It’s very well made and holds in place for a wearable pump. The suction for me was pretty good, a lot stronger then the Mon-Lait pump I was using. I had to lower the suction because it was a bit uncomfortable. My main issue is the cups, you cannot empty all the milk out of these. I ended up using a medicine syringe to collect everything. The pump also has a lot of parts to clean. I don’t mind but If you’re someone who doesn’t like a ton to clean this definitely isn’t the pump for you! I also would like to be able to purchase extra parts for this but I haven’t been able to find a way to do that.

So so so disappointed. I don’t just have 300 dollars to throw away and that’s what happened in a day! This pump is absolutely garage and a huge waste of money. There’s a big flaw design with the part that holds the milk. You can’t pour all the milk out whatever you do and us fellow breastfeeding moms know that every last drop of this stuff counts. Do not get this pump!!!!!’ I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone all day about fixing this mistake on their end and j have no luck and now I’m without a pump.

I think this is the worst pump ever. It barely worked and didn’t even get close to emptying me. 300 dollars down the drain in a day. Have been trying to get in touch with someone all day about this because I bought this brand new YESTERDAY! Do not recommend this to anyone.

I got this pump yesterday and tried it today at work. The suction is very strong, anything above a 1 feels like razor blades, so I just kept it at 1. I usually pump 1 to 2 ounces from each boob and I got that so it worked well on clearing me out just like my other manual and electric pumps do. The only thing I didn’t like about it is that I had a hard time getting one to suction, like to start on the app. It took me like 10 min to figure it out. Rather than that it isn’t terrible but for the price I paid I do expect it to be a bit better

Not recommend. I used the pump for 3 days. The suction on the pump I received is awful. I was able to use on max level and it felt like a vibration. The pump is also extremely loud there was a lot of squeaking and clanking noises. I did not like that on expression mode the pump changes sucking patterns between 2 different styles every minute or so. The app needs to be more user friendly. You can only change the settings, view collection cup, and finish pumping one breast at a time. My milk output also decreased significantly while using this pump and I had to pump twice as long. The pump is large and heavy compared to its competitors but it does look nice. The collection cup needs redesigned. There is a lip on the inside of the cup that prevents all of the milk from being able to be poured out or suckled out by your baby. I did like the overall design of the pump. I found the pump easy to clean and assemble. I do think that additional containers and replacement parts should be sold separately as accessories. Especially since one of the selling points is to be able to feed directly from the container then give us the ability to purchase as many as we may need.

I have been having the same problems as everyone else that has commented in this review. I had a higher expectation of connivence i was hoping this product would bring but it does the opposite. Its more for looks than useful. Im used to pumping 3-4 oz and i got only 1/2 oz. The bottles holds a lot of your milk in that you cant get out or transfer ether. On top of its very heavy and doesnt really stay in place to be able to walk around without it coming unattached ether. youre better off buying an electric wall pump for half the price

update on my last review, called the company, was on the phone for an hour and the finial thing was they can’t do anything about it. after asking to speak to the manager they apparently don’t know their managers phone number. Ridiculous!

I bought this because I wanted a wearable one and this one was 300$$ so I expected it to be very well. The lowest setting is 1 and that I can hardly handle! It is very painful! Not just that, I can usually pump 3/4 oz on each side in 20 minutes and with this pump I am struggling to get an ounce on each side! I would not suggest it. With it being so new, I think there is some bugs that need to be fixed. I tried to take it to my local walmart to return and they wouldn’t take it due to their policy. I am now trying to contact the company in hopes to get my money back!

i absolutely love tommee tippee bottles and pacifiers but this pump has done nothing but cause me pain and troubles! the suction is so hard it makes my nipples bleed! and i personally think it’s dropping my supply, with my one i got from amazon i was pumping 3-5oz and with this one i’m getting maybe 1-2oz! NOT WORTH IT IN MY OPINION

I wish I could give this zero stars. My mom cozy s12 was dropped and I needed a pump ASAP in my hands ready to use. For 300$ I am really disappointed in this pump. For starters you can’t get all of the milk out the container you pump into. There is a huge amount of suction even on level 1- which I can barley handle. The seal of the breast to the flange is good but it is way too much it honestly feels like th pump is ripping my nipples off- even with a correct flange size. The battery’s are big and top heavy. The app is just complicated but my buttons don’t seem to want to respond all of the time (just bought this 3 nights ago..) Just was really expecting more & for much more than I paid for my mom cozy pumps I’m disappointed I do not at all like them & they do not work for me.
