Low cost, great service even during the night, good car even if it had some spot damages. I miss the navigation and had to buy an adaptor to use my phone as a GPS. The rental car has only an USB-C connexion and a 12V device.

Good overall but hidden costs
Good price and car in good condition. You need to return the car clean and washed or else you pay 18 euros.. also i was told that insurances sold with broker don’t work in Bulgaria and i need to choose between not being covered or choose their own insurance

Regarding the cleaning fee – the amount of €18 applies only if the customer prefers our team to handle the cleaning instead of washing the car themselves at a car wash. As stated in the rental agreement, the vehicle should be returned in the same condition it was received, which is standard practice in the car rental industry. This fee is not mandatory and remains entirely optional.
We would also like to clarify that insurance purchased through external brokers does not transfer liability to the rental company. In such cases, customers remain fully responsible for the vehicle unless they choose one of our protection options, such as Top Protection or Premium Protection, which limit this financial responsibility.
