The whole experience was really easy. We know traveling can be stressful, so if you do not have to worry about your car rental at all - it helps a lot!
Shuttle to and from Sofia airport to HQ yard and back, was easy and friendly. The car was exactly what I requested and in good condition. I will recommend Top Rent a Car anytime!

I was very satisfied with the flexible schedule and the friendly, helpful staff. The Renault Clio was practical, comfortable, and perfectly suited for my needs.

Limit of the speed - 130km/h. It is not my job to search in the car menu - where is set!

We rented a Volkswagen Caddy for 9 days in Varna airport, travelled over a 1,000 KM with it and we were extremely happy with the entire experience.
​The service was outstanding. I had originally booked the car about three months in advance, but a month before our trip, I noticed the price had dropped. When I contacted the company, they immediately honored the lower rate and gave us the discount without any hassle. The price was excellent!
​The car itself was perfect for our needs. We had four trolleys and four backpacks, and everything fit into the trunk very easily with plenty of room to spare. It was a very comfortable ride for the whole trip. The pick-up at the airport and drop off dow town process were smooth and easy.

Staff were great car was great, on returning the car we couldn't find the return area and had to make a few calls to get correct directions, when trying to return the car we had over 45 minutes to wait, as a result we missed the baggage check in which cost us an extra 60 euros and we also lost all our toiletries as bag was treated like hand luggage and everything was binned staff at airport were rude too, due to running late, just managed final call or We would have been stuck in sofia, reliable enough company but one guy one the desk to serve and check cars back in when there are ten people waiting isn't good enough, especially when one customer took 15 minutes alone to deal with it would have definitely been 5 stars otherwise, im back in February so I know what to expect now.

As we arrived in Sofia, all of our calls (4-5 times) to the only written phone number 00359 700 890 50 were immediately refused (19 o'clock?!) so at first we did not know, how to get to our rental station?! Fortunately we saw a second (mobile) phone number at the top-rent-a-car desk in the arrival terminal, which was okay. We were told, that a bus would collect us at the stairs. After 30 minutes we asked again, if the stairs at the arrival terminal are right, then they told us, that they meant the departure terminal (but haven't told us before). Getting to the rental station was very complicated. After that, everything went good (Getting, Using and Returning car), staff was competent and polite, car was good.
