Great service from the moment I went into store to the delivery.
Staff on hand in store when needed, easy process to buy and arrange delivery - thanks to Chris for making this so simple.
They were happy to work with me in terms of delivery - close to 2 weeks post buying upon my request, which was really appreciated.
Was advised of a morning delivery from 10am, and the gents who delivered were spot on with timing! And really helpful in getting the sofa into my living room. Would have definitely struggled without their help!

Trio should be the Model for customer service in the UK! Outstanding! The quality of the furnitures is also very high. We bought 2 3 seater recliners sofa and a single recliner which was Excellent Value for money! Nice and firm to sit on as well.

Trio drivers were excellent, they moved my old suite into the garage for storage, then installed my new suite in my living room. They were very respectful, clean and quickly finished the job. Well done lads.

Exceptional service. Wide range of furniture to suit any taste at reasonable prices. Speedy delivery. Slight mark on sofa after being unpacked. Josh came to inspect the issue and rectified everything to our full satisfaction. Will definitely be our first port of call in future when looking for any more furniture.

Superb selection of furniture, lighting, flooring and much more. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and prices are very competitive. Trio have had a nightmare time with a leaking roof. But don't be put off by this, as everything is made to order, and not stored at the shop. Since moving into our bungalow we have purchased multiple items from Trio, and have never been disappointed. We will definitely be returning to Trio as the need arises.

Ordered some carpet off Chris and he was really good with the measurements and really friendly too.
Then I had some help off James to take the carpet to the car and he was really friendly and polite.

Just kitted our youngest sons bedroom out, he/We weren't really sure what we wanted, the staff are so friendly and helpful (shout out to Dave for all his help!). Carpet was fitted this morning, assembled furniture arrived this afternoon and nothing has been too much trouble, our house is an old cottage with very steep stairs, but it was all delivered, carefully and the team have just been so helpfu, I won't go anywhere else now. This is a store that delivers both on price, quality with excellent service. I don’t generally leave reviews, but the team went above and beyond, so huge thanks.

I had heard of trio furnishing on free radio and thought I would give it a go. I needed a new sofa and mattress. During my visit the staff were so attentive and professional, and provided an excellent service. I am really happy with my sofa and the mattress, both are superb quality and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Trio furnishings. Happy shopping.

Ordered my new leather sofas today with Josh, had experience with Colin in the week before to get details on the suite.
Excellent service and knowledgeable gentlemen who nothing was too much trouble.

Ordered triple wardrobe plus chest and side table, delivered next day included and took it to the top floor of our 3 storey, it very solid and heavy so great service with lovely delivery men
