Buyer Beware twenty-seven.co.uk Bad company
My mother brought a compass which she had engraved. Lovely looking picture on the website and it was £11. When it arrived what a disappointment it felt like a Christmas cracker toy worth 30 pence (everyone that felt it gave the same description) Contacted twenty-seven.co.uk to advise and was told “it’s too bad”. I contacted them on twitter and was given lies about contact they had made and was subsequently blocked by them This is a seriously bad company with an attitude you just don’t expect as a consumer. I would avoid them at all costs and warn all other buyers about spending hard earned money with misleading and uncaring con artists. Their reply to this review came 27 months after the complaint!!!!!! Please look at the dates and take that as a warning before buying.
