Amazing company! Customer Service is exceptional.

I needed a last minute gift delivered in time for the weekend and requested if my order could go first class the next day of ordering. Without hesitation this was organised immediately and I received my order so quickly!! I ordered the initial birthstone necklace and it is so pretty and great quality, exactly what I wanted! Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Wonderful customer service from Emma - dealing personally and efficiently with my email queries. Gifts arrived by post in timely manner. My little grandsons love their bath time toy boats (names etched onto the sails). Grand-daughter loved her bunny rabbit toy too!

I first used Twenty-Seven 12 years ago for my wedding stationary - Emma was amazing then and we had exactly what we wanted. The level of customer service was fantastic, and the designs were beautiful.
Years later and I have bought several of the beautiful products from Emma, including personalised teacher gifts almost every year. I can't recommend them enough, in terms of the beautiful, personalised products and the fab customer service - even at short notice when I have needed things urgently. Excellent all round.

Loved the personalised bunny I bought for my niece, and more importantly so did she! Great wee gift, great service.

I can't praise and recommend more highly the wonderful service from Emma and her staff. The beautiful Rose Quartz card I ordered was delayed in arriving through no fault of Twenty-Seven but due to the high demand on Royal Mail deliveries in my London area during these pandemic times. Without hesitation Emma kindly offered a perfect solution for me which in usual circumstances would have been wonderful, but considering the pressures this hard working business must be feeling during these pandemic times, it was absolutely outstanding. I will be ordering again and again. Thank you all at Twenty-Seven.

The team at Twenty Seven have been fantastic supplying us and many other small businesses with Safety PPE. We needed a local supplier we could reply on and these guys listened and understood our needs. They also supply are local hospital, so they are heroes in our eyes. I have been purchasing products from Twenty Seven for a number of years and the team never fails to send me the most gorgeous gifts.
It all started with my beautiful wedding stationery 10 years ago and I have continued to buy their products, due to the excellent quality, great craftsmanship and the attention to detail in the products and packaging are second to none.

I’m really happy with the personalised key ring I ordered from Twenty-Seven. I ordered it as a gift for my partner who didn’t have a keyring because he didn’t like anything bulky in his pockets.
I ordered it in gun mental and he was very happy! He loves the colour and it sits flat against his leg in his pocket, so it’s a keeper!

27 made these individual tree decorations that the newly weds will treasure each time they celebrate xmas. Pleasure to buy from as well.

Would recommend without hesitation. I originally used Twentyseven to produce my wedding stationary 8 years ago and have continued over the last 8 years to purchase gifts and decorations all of which have been of excellent quality with fantastic customer service. Great company and great products

Beware - chronic item and false description. Purchased a birthstone bangle for £20- 2 stones for different months are exactly the same stone (close up photo taken as evidence). Also, item cheap and tacky looking. Complained but company will not accept. False advertising - strongly advise not to purchase from this company. Check feedback - 50% of reviews are bad. Shame I didn't read them before purchasing!
