Very poor customer service from Parts…
Very poor customer service from Parts and Service department. So I went and ordered a spare BMW car key and when I went to collect it, the key did not work with the car. Strange, I managed to get another new key under the parts warranty and this is where it goes down hill... which didn't work initially. So they say about booking an appointment to run diagnosis - but they wouldn't run it for free even though I had to wait a month so paid £340 for the key and then they wanted to charge me £200 to tell me why the key didn't work - I was not happy as could see them then saying something else was wrong and charging another £300 and before you know it the spare key has cost over £1k... They also wouldn't refund the key as keys are a non-returnable part (not that I was told that when I purchased it) and the parts manager accused me (or previous owner) of having the car mapped in someway which effected the key coding which had never happened. Then as I left the showroom the parts manager (and assume technician were at the car) and the technician managed to get the new key working they didn't even apologise for all the accusations or for the hassle caused by this incident. I asked to speak to the Assistant Service Manager of service (as service manager is on holiday) and was told he was busy out the back yet a service advisor kept going out the back to speak to him so obviously didn't want to deal with the problem customers were having. Would not recommend buying, servicing or buying parts form this dealership at all.
PS Copied my review from google reviews I was told that I would be contacted by David Duarte - Head of business and he hasn’t been in touch 2.5 weeks later so even make up responses against reviews!

I went into Vertu Mini yesterday in Bridgwater. I didn’t have an appointment but was experiencing an issue with my app and my profile on the car. Without any hesitation the manager came straight out to see what my problem was and soon had it sorted. I was extremely grateful for the excellent quick service. He was so polite and helpful and I can’t thank him enough. His customer service was exemplary.

Won’t provide pcp via e mail
Sent in several requests for pcp figures on a new x350i that has been on offer for week and weeks but the sales team said they would not provide a pcp quote unless I went to the dealership! Other sites provide them but bridgewater bmw won’t !! Having bought a bmw and 5 minis from there I won’t be returning!!

Outstanding Customer Service from Vertu BMW
I recently purchased a brand-new BMW F70 M Sport from Vertu BMW. Unfortunately, less than a month after taking delivery, the vehicle developed an error message.
I contacted the dealership and was immediately impressed by their response. Within a few hours, they arranged for a recovery truck to collect the vehicle. Shortly afterwards, they picked me up and provided a courtesy car so I could continue with my day without inconvenience.
Following a detailed inspection, it became clear that the repairs required were extensive. Rather than simply repairing the vehicle, BMW acknowledged the situation and arranged for me to receive a brand-new replacement car. This demonstrated a real commitment to customer satisfaction and standing behind their product.
Throughout the entire process, the communication, documentation, vehicle handover arrangements, and customer care were handled flawlessly. While it was disappointing to experience an issue with a new vehicle, the way Vertu BMW and BMW resolved the situation was exceptional.
Thank you to everyone involved for turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. I would not hesitate to recommend Vertu BMW based on the professionalism, transparency, and customer-focused approach shown throughout.
