Exceptional customer service
I want to thank Jeffrey Mark in Vertu motors Bridgwater for helping me find my new mini. I was after a particular colour and model which I was unable to find at my local mini dealership.
After an online enquiry about the vehicle Jeffrey contacted me and worked effortlessly to locate the vehicle of my choice .
I picked up my new mini yesterday and love it .

I requested a personalised video & never had a response.
They give you a first pre-programmed email to start with that is so long.
I then received the below response from the Head of Buisness & he still didn't sort anything.
Why do they leave these responses if they won't assist?
