Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. Very efficient & helpful salesman & manager. The car was as expected, not a single issue. The staff inside the showroom were so pleasant & courteous. I would 100% return despite the 120 mile journey. I would 100% recommend.

Different company, same great team
We’ve had new cars from this showroom for years, Burrows before it became Vertu and Pentagon even before that. Ours salesman Simon is brilliant, especially this time around where my car arrived before any insurance company had the details which he helped to sort out.

We dealt with Alex who was excellent at keeping us informed and up to date.
This was a distance purchase. The car was delivered and was well presented.
It is early days but to date my wife is very pleased with the purchase.

I would definitely recommend this dealership at Barnsley. We visited Friday and was greeted by James who was a fantastic salesman he explained everything to us, all the deals etc, he wasn’t pushy at all, we signed there and then, nothing to think about. James was on annual leave today when we went to collect our new car, so I was sent a lovely email from Alex who was going to be doing the handover. Alex again was a lovely young man who went through all the paper work explaining everything, and then went through everything inside the car so that we were comfortable driving away in it. I also wanted to mention Tony who again was a fantastic member of the team, very helpful and friendly getting us sorted out with everything we needed. All the gentlemen are a credit to the company, and I would highly recommend. Many kind thanks x

A very positive experience
I bought my first Toyota in Barnsley from what was then Burrows, and was totally satisfied with the courteous, friendly, well informed service. The annual service was conducted efficiently, and I had no problems with the car for eight years. So, I went back for a change of car and experienced the same, brilliant service as the first time, with a friendly sales person, well informed and with an extremely efficient manner.
A very positive experience with an outlet which I thoroughly recommend.
