Excellent Experience
I had to change my choice of car due to Motability taking Honda Jazz off the list.
I was very anxious about changing the make and model of my car. Ali the salesperson was excellent. He was patient caring and supportive as l looked at a Toyota Yaris. I didn’t want to test drive the car but Ali took me out to sit in the car. He suggested l try driving round the car park which l did and then went for a short test drive which allayed my concerns and gave me confidence in the new make and model. Ali went the second mile to put me at ease and l would recommend him to friends who are looking to get a new car.

Had a very pleasant experience when going to look at Toyota Corolla GR Sport.
Was welcomed by Andrew who helped me loads and took me through the whole process from start to finish with this car.
Happy to help and answer all my questions, he had it all sorted for me that day and I picked the car up by the end of the week. Very happy customer! 10 out of 10 customer service and I would recommend to anyone!

I went into Toyota a few weeks ago looking for a new car, and I was kindly assisted by Katie. Katie was incredibly kind and also helpful throughout the whole process. She was very informative, and made sure I was aware of everything about the car I wanted to purchase. She made sure I understood everything from start to finish. I wasn’t intending to purchase that day, as I initially wanted to go in to have a look only, since it was going to be my first car. But Katie made me feel comfortable and confident enough to go ahead with the purchase on the spot. She made me feel very at ease. Before I made the purchase, Katie encouraged me to take the car for a test drive to make sure I was comfortable driving this particular car. When I made the decision to buy the car, Katie wanted the handover to be as great as possible, which it was. The car I wanted was sold in Glasgow, but Katie got in touch with another UK company to make sure I got the car my heart was set on.
I have been driving my new car for a week now and I could not be happier! Thank you Katie!

I recently bought a new car from Vertu, Hamilton,and couldn't be happier with the experience. I was given a great trade-in price for my old car,which made the whole process even better. The service throughout was excellent,and a special mention to Euan,who was fantastic from start to finish - friendly,knowledgeable,and never pushy. Gave good advice on policies and protection available without any hard sell tactics. Car was presented to us in excellent condition, complete with a "reveal" at point of pick up.
