Ricky was great.
Ricky (Romford Branch) was very helpful and friendly, there was no pressure to buy and I did put down a deposit. It wasn't the car for me in the end, but again there was no fuss at all when I went back to see them, to obtain my refund.

Great service, top value
Had a great experience upgrading the family car at Advance Vauxhall in Hemel where I met Jamie Douglas who was spot on
I explained to him what I needed for my 3 children and I; and he shared a few options and then helped me decide which was best for the 4 of us
Service was so good I bought the car the same day and 3 months later still very happy with the choice - as are the children with increased space comfort and safety.
Jamie also shared a number of bolt on options available - a couple of which I bought too given the value. . The service plan was a very easy decision.
Don’t always give 5 stars on a review but Jamie was really helpful and made all the difference. And bizarrely I later found out he sold my step mum her car, 3 months earlier and she also said he was brilliant.

A new driver getting his first car
As someone who had just passed his driving test, getting a first car can be an exciting and also intimidating experience if you dont have the knowledge of cars.
Jamie from Vauxhall in Hemel Hempstead made getting my first car (A Vauxhall Crossland 2021) such a breeze, he explained exactly how everything worked, the processes and answered all my questions in ways that I could comprehend so easily.

I only have good reviews to say about Vauxhall staff at Slough.
They are professional, knowledgeable and made my husband and I feel at ease.
My first dealing with them was 6 years ago, when I bought a Corsa from Marcin, which went very well. I have had my car serviced there ever since.
My husband and I dealt with Patrick, Marcin and Maj on this occasion.
Patrick dealt with the sale, and he did everything in his power, to help us choose a suitable car. He made the changeover so simple.Transaction went smoothly. He is very patient and spent time, showing us how to use the controls in a modern Corsa.
Martin and Maj made this exchange possible for us. A great trade in on my car, and great price on the new Corsa. They could not have been more welcoming, and I thank you all for treating us so well. We will continue being customers for many years to come.
