On attempting to cancel they tried to have me for £500 when the cancellation fee was £35. I had to go through the complaints process to get it back. Beware of this common scam and remember your cancellation fee as they attempt to make it up in order to make more profit at your expense.

Cracking service from Sean - found me a good deal on campervan insurance with great policy terms, some of which I was really struggling to find. Will deffos use again.

Just find them easy to do business with, organised, do all the heavy lifting for you - I dont even have to remember about the renewal on it
Seem to have a good panel of insurers who are happy to deal with expensive / specialist vehicles
Premiums have dropped significantly this year which is equally pleasing

Hi just renewed my 2nd year insurance they insured my import car at a very reasonable price many other companies wanted 3 or 4 times more than aib very happy with them and their break down service is excellent i had some teething issues as i was not familiar with my import car as I'm in cancer recovery wen I did break down couple time my own fault the recovery was fantastic never kept me waiting long and sorted out car issues etc I can't them enough fantastic service.
also the customer services team kept regular contact with me making sure I was ok etc

Ryan went above and beyond to get me a great deal on insurance for my Modified Austin Mini. He also responsed quickly to my queries and made the process swift and painless - in stark contrast to my experience last year.

Ryan at AIB was fantastic, extremely helpful with a great phone manner and keen to get the right policy sorted for my car. He was able to find the right type of policy which had a much lower excess than I was expecting and tailored cover. I have 3 policies with AIB now and will use again in future. Thanks again to Ryan.

I had the pleasure of contacting AIB insurance for a quote, I came across the number on a Facebook group specifically for nissan elgrands,
My faith in humanity has returned and the courtesy given by "Ryan" was 2nd to none, he was very informative and couldn't help enough, he is a great credit to your company and will always strive to deal with him if possible.
I usually hate talking to mundane robot salespeople but he made the entire call seem less and less of a bore and burden.
He also got an amazing insurance deal for us, blew the other companies out the water,
