Very professional service with very competitive quotes.

I have renewed my classic vehicle insurance every year with this company because of their professional approach, comprehensive insurance package and fair pricing.
When I needed to call on them for the included uk @ Euro recovery, they went beyond in help and communication.

I usually repair my vehicle but in this case it wasn't possible.
The recovery team they employed were of the same quality and I'm seriously impressed.

I received a very professional service from Ryan Upton. From my initial enquiry to taking out the motorhome policy, Ryan was extremely honest and helpful with a sense of humour as well. Top marks and a massive difference to the Caravan and Motorhome Club who were incompetent in being unable to give my renewal details to me until 19 days before date. Many other brokers seem disinterested in listening or even responding like Adrienne Flux. A massive thanks to A.I.B

I'd been dreading dealing with the insurance for my dad's classic car, but seems I struck very lucky and Matthew picked up the phone when I eventually called. I won't bore you with the entire conversation, but suffice to say, his expertise and professionalism, not to mention his calm presence on the other end of the line, made it the most effortless and easily understandable motor insurance quote I've ever discussed; by some margin. And when I got out of bed this morning, that is not praise I expected to be lavishing on anyone. Various factors involved in the quote should've made it more complicated, but that wasn't the case. He put my mind at rest, explained everything and found me a great quote .....I hope this company appreciate the employee they have in Matthew? Please let him still be working there when I call up next year!

The renewal processes was brilliantly conducted, answering all questions with a charming efficiency, by Ella, the insurance agent. During a second important phone call, Ella came to the rescue, with an email glitch, providing a copy of the Insurance Certificate, urgently required for an imminent European trip and despatching a postal copy without question.

Steve took the time to explain the quotations and the insurers specific requirements. The quote I chose came through cheaper than the renewal from another provider even with 3K additional miles.

Steve was my point of contact and he was superb. Nothing was to much trouble. He explained everything clearly so I fully understood. The best bit was he got me a great price on our motorhome insurance. Yes over the past few years year on year it's gone up hugely despite having no accidents but steve got me a price well below what others were quoting. Really happy with my service

Just taken out insurance with AIB for my motorhome. I used another company last year as price was cheaper but decided to return to AIB this year as I always had excellent service and good prices and cover in the past. Had a couple of minor hiccups with documentation but was all sorted within minutes as your always speaking to an office in UK ( and to the same person if you want and not a call centre ) with very friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks to Artur for sorting everything for me quickly and efficiently , nothing was too much trouble and really nice guy.

Ryan Upton ..what an asset to AIB insurance company. Trying not to sound generic as all happy customers but honestly all my many thanks go to this guy. A company is only as good as the staff on the other end of the phone , and yes a person to person conversation is for many people a personal touch . Ryan listened and made me feel understood and that he had my interests at heart. I know he has a job to do but his whole demeanor was welcoming, without pushy intention. I'm confident I recieved expert help and got the best policy for me. I intend to contact AIB again for commercial van insurance aswell as recommend AIB though all platforms ,
