Ryan Upton at AIB was great to deal with, very easy to talk to and took a genuine interest in the 'specialist' car I was looking to insure which was nice. Despite Ryan's best efforts their quote wasn't the cheapest I found but it was reasonable and I felt confident about the quality of insurance offered and confident I would receive good service from AIB should I need to claim

Long story cut short, out of 26 insurance companies only one quoted me and it was a ridiculous price by a company that sounds like “Alien Flex”, fully comp £10k, third part fire and theft £10k, and third party about £700. A few months went by while I was doing normal work on the vehicle and stumbled across AIB Insurance, got speaking to Ryan Upton who took all the details for myself and my vehicle and when he found out what my vehicle was, he was amazed and wasn’t surprised at how many no quotes I got.

He said to leave it with him, and he would ring me back also asking me what ballpark figure I would be happy to pay. I said £1k fully comp.

Ryan came back to me within the hour and quote me about £307 fully comp!!!

I was over the moon, not only Ryan took an interest in my vehicle, but he was also quick, polite, professional, and got me a brilliant quote. Would highly recommend giving AIB Insurance a ring see what they can do for you and beat the quote you got.

For motorhome insurance, the detail is important and something you cannot do online. Telephone conversations with Ryan at AIB were clear and fruitful. He was very clear about cans and cannots as well as quick, listening and getting back to me. Overall a very positive experience. I would highly recommend them

I had bought an American RV motorhome and due to me age an inexperience was having eye watering quotes. Just when I was giving up and thinking I will have to sell the motorhome and be in a big mess, Scott came through and found me an amazing quote which has saved me a lot of headache. He was searching all day and never gave up, calling me back numerous times to sort my problem for me.

Forgot my renewal in the heat of preparing for a long touring holiday. But AIB Sent emails, texts and phone calls to remind me of the expiry date.
Just 3 days before the renewal date I responded to the reminder I had been sent and was impressed with the friendly efficient manner they dealt with the renewal. My special thanks to Aisling for her friendly efficient manner of dealing with my phone call.

Very easy to deal with and called back when they said they would. They did a very good job and provided good value for money and finding a competitive price compared to the comparison web sites. 2nd time I've used them and will definitely use them in the future.

I have renewed my sports car insurance with AIB, it was very simple including paying the premium by instalments. Aisling was extremely helpful.

This is my second year with AIB, and they have come up trumps once again. Thanks for sticking with me while I had a few problems with my bank, which I will now change after many years. Again, thank you for your patience.
