Great friendly advice plenty of choice no pressure sales just very helpful people, Delivery lads were great polite and good induction on using our Jacuzzi they leave you with plenty of information on using your jacuzzi and free starter kit with choice of chemicals to use for safe water in your jacuzzi, would highly recommend these for great Helpful advice before buying, jen & Garry

We got our jacuzzi about a year ago, Luke visited our home and talked us through all the pros and cons for all sizes with no pressure to buy he was very knowledgable and friendly. It has been installed and looked after over the past year by a first class team. Highly recommend this excellent company.

All at all weather leisure are lovely. The staff can't do enough. The professionalism you get from inception to completion is impeccable. I have had my Jacuzzi for 2 years now and it's serviced every year . Any issues are rectified in a timely manner and I don't have to wait months. What more can you ask from them all. You won't go wrong with this company at all.

I purchased my hot tub 4 years ago from All Weather Leisure and have had it regularly serviced by them ever since. The service received from installation through regular servicing has been exceptional and I have no hesitation in recommending All Weather Leisure to anyone wondering how reliable and reputable this company is to deal with. I’ve been dealing with these guys now for 4 years, the hot tub has been excellent, installation team were fantastic and we’re invited every year to the anniversary sales events where we bulk buy all our chemicals at discount rates. Can’t fault the team at all, highly recommend 👍🏼

First class service in respect of my purchase of a J-345. Staff in the Shrewsbury showroom together with contact staff at head office could not have been more helpful. The delivery team were on time and very efficient. I subsequently needed the engineer to visit to address a perceived problem . Whilst there was no actual problem, the staff addressed the issue very promptly and the engineers left in good spirits having double checked to make sure all was well. The best part.. my wife and I love the Jacuzzi .

We we’re struggling to get a bulb for our hot tub. All weather took our details and promised to call us when they were back in stock. They were true to their word, phoned us as soon as stock was in and posted it straight away. We received it the next day. I feared a bulb being posted but it was professionally packed and in one piece. My experience is they are a great company that is hot on customer service, just as it should be! We will definitely use them again.

We bought our Jacuzzi hot tub from All Weather Leisure nearly five years ago. They delivered and installed it with great care and efficiency. Since then they have looked after it for us, changed the bulb, deep cleaned it and have always been professional, friendly and helpful. We have only ever had great customer service from them. Our hot tub is our happy place.

I purchased a hot tub late last year and can 100% recommend all weather leisure. We have a pretty awkward property but Luke came up with a solution which worked perfectly and was also cost effective. We did have a small hiccup with the tub but this was rectified the next day (on a saturday) with no quibble. I found every member of the team extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Im very pleased I chose all weather leisure and will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub

All Weather Leisure have always been very useful and knowledgeable when I have ever been to ask any questions or to get my chemicals for the hot tub. The showroom is great, clean and friendly staff.

We purchase or hot tub three years ago this April we have nothing but praise for the service we received Evan down to the day of delivery when one of the owners made a personal visit to assist the crane driver with the difficult positioning of our tub since then we have enjoyed three years of service contact which includes a yearly deep clean I have to say the engenders have been excellent every time we would recommend them highly well done keep up the good work

I been a customer of All Weather Leisure for 7 years l brought my hot tub from them and have had it service every 3 month they are always on time our service engineer is brilliant to deal with all will do agreat job and nothing to much trouble

We bought our jacuzzi many years ago from a different company who proved to be a nightmare when it came to servicing the tub we turned to AWL and have been extremely pleased with the service that we have received from them and the proffessionalism of their engineers. Will definitely coninue use them.

We had our Existing hot moved from our old home to our new home by Liam and his team. The hot tub later had an issue and Liam return on several occasions to diagnose the problem which we found to be an issue with the electrics of the tub. We made the decision to replace the hot tub with a new Jacuzzi tub, which we had installed with no issues. All Weather Leisure have since carried out maintenance and also carried out a warranty repair due to an issue with the heat sensor. I would highly recommend them and have done to several friends.

Purchased my Jacuzzi from All Weather Leisure during the first lockdown. The whole experience of buying, installation and ongoing maintenance has been great. The after sales service is probably the best we've ever experienced. We would 100% be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

We have been customers of All Weather Leisure for 8 years and have always received excellent service. We have purchased, maintained and relocated our jacuzzi hot tub with them and the service is always second to none.
