After ordering from another company and being let down badly I have nothing but good to say about Allwood Furniture. The online ordering was easy and the e mails informing you each step of the way was great and the delivery service was fabulous - he even rang a second time to say that he had been delayed. Furniture arrived as promised and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to my friends.

Bought a few pieces from here and they are solid high quality items. Good value for momey and excellent service. Would recommend to all.

Called in with a view of what we wanted the chap we spoke to was
very knowlegable and very quickly pointed us in the direction of what
would meet our requirements. There was no sales pressure and within
30 -45 mins we had made our selection and agreed a deal. Delivery
details were arranged and confirmed prior to delivery and at the agreed
time and date. The products were of the highest standard and we will use Allwood
in the future and we will recommend them to all.

We have ordered furniture on 2 occasions and on each occasion Allwoods have kept me informed of delivery expectations. The furniture (which was top quality) was 'as described' and we have been really happy with the overall service provided. My only critism is that delivery was only available to us on a saturday which meant we had to stay in.

I would recommend to friends/family because the quality are outstanding/the service was excellent. I have bought 2 chest of drawers; 1 for my bedroom and 1 for the children's room and I am very pleased. It depends what you are looking for. Most of their furniture are good for storage and practical.

We had already bought our bedroom furniture from Allwood approx, 10 years ago and is still going strong, but we wanted to add to our furniture with a larger wardrobe. Again, excellent quality wood and we could have had it delivered the day after the online order, had we'd been in!!! Will always buy from here as you know what you will get!!

The staff knew the products, whether in stock and most importantly applied no hard sell and let us browse - this was the first time we'd been but it won't be the last.

It is unusual to find a company that is helpful, friendly and provides excellent quality goods at competitive prices and delivers quickly. Allwood are all these things and more. Highly recommend.

Easy to assemble. Instructions are simple and cheaper than the high street shops.

Our order had to be arranged by e-mail and phone due to where we live. Allwood were very friendly and efficient to deal with and the price was competitive for the chest of drawers we bought. Based on our experience we would be happy to recommend this company.

Very happy with the bedroom furniture and the service from Allwood. One minor fault was the wardrobe pole support in the centre needed the metal plates unswcrewing and re-attaching so it would attach to the wardrobe top. Easily remedied so didn't bother mentioning to Allwood. On the whole very satisfied.

We bought a set of occasional tables, a TV cabinet and a small cupboard from Allwood which were all fully assembled. I have to say that we were pleased with both the quality of the furniture and the service we received from the company. The pieces we purchased look just the job in our front room and the owner personally delivered the items and even brought them into the house for us. Good-looking furniture and good quality service. Glad we stumbled across them.

From start to finish everything went very well especially as they were bringing the furniture up to Scotland, I would have no hesitation in ordering furniture again. I did check out what I was getting locally before ordering so I knew what to expect.
